NEARLY THREE YEARS POST OP!

WORTH IT$1,770
Wow, ive just looked back on my first post on here & its crazy to see how things were. Nearly 3 years on im still happy with my decision.

As you can see I still relax my edges as its the only way to get them to lay! They are from the back of my head afterall, so theyre extra coarse. This is annoying I cant lie, but I prevent breakage by not laying them with gel & product everyday. Someone thought they were "fake" once which is funny lol. If only they knew!

Anyways, I definietly recommend this surgery with Longevita.

Wow! This gives me hope. I’m wanting to do the same thing. Was it expensive?
Hey lovely, i am looking to get a FUE transplant done at Longevita also. May I ask you the name of your surgeon please if that is ok with you; I am aware that all ain't trained in Afro-Caribbean hair texture. Thank you.

Hey everyone!
Sorry I havent updated in so long.
I got my second set of braids today. Ive been wearing wigs. My hair is long enough to do box braids now! I cant believe it lol. I can actually where protective styles without feeling embarrased about my lack of hairline.
I cut my hair since my first set of braids because I was silly & relaxed my hair after washing it. I also went to a shitty hairdresser. This lead to scalp burns and breakage but this would happen to anyones hair.. transplant or not. Ive definitely learnt my lesson lol. BUT. The transplanted hair and the rest of it grew back y'all. Longer & stronger than before might I add, which is pretty amazing.
Whats interesting about the transplant is the since the hair was transplanted from the back of hair, it acts like hair from the back of my head. Meaning its veryyy coarse and hard to lay down. This is actually a good thing as it means its no where near as delicate as natural baby hair.
The doner area is 100% unnoticeable. Honestly. Sometimes i forget hair was removed from there.
Feel free to ask any questions about my experience with my FUE at Longevita.

You look amazing you must be so pleased you did it.
Thank you! I am :)
Hi. Thank you for sharing. I recently received a quote from Longetiva for 2000 grafts. I am however looking to get more than 2000 grafts. How many grafts did you get implanted? I am trying to find someone to connect with directly for an unbiased experience.
hello, I cannot remember the amount of grafts implanted but I dont believe it was more than 2000. Everything has healed perfectly & I 100% recommend them
Hey Girl Thanks for Sharing your Story . I got my hair transplant at Longevita 3 weeks ago. Now I am freaking out because I am afraid that the hair density is too spare. . I also got around 2000 grafts . But when I am doing for example middle part, I had full hair. Hopefully my new hairline is also in a comperhison density . Have you had the same fear? And ended it out in the same density like the rest of your hair ?
Hey Lovely, I am planning to also get a FUE transplant at Longevita. They have warned me that the curliness of my hair is high (afro-caribbean hair)... if you don't mind are you able to share your surgeons name with me so that I can use someone who has experience with our hair type in opposed to Caucasian hair.

Thank you
3 weeks is too early to worry. Trust the process! My hair was also sparse before it grew in
You had such awesome results!! I'm thinking of going to Longevita in a couple of months!

Braids & Edges.

I FINALLY got my hair braided and attempted to lay down some edges. I know i have to be careful with styling but I’m just sooo excited. I’m sure it’ll die down as I get used to having them

Can you post pictures of the transplanted area please?
But your braids look super nice btw
Thank you! The part that is slicked down is all transplanted hair
Yeah sorry I meant the donor area, if you get the chance once you get your braids out.
Ahh yes ok I will do. It’s growing as normal just a bit shorter than the rest of my hair. Shall keep you updated :)
