8 week mark

WORTH IT
Thought I would add some pics since I just passed my 8 week mark. My lower abs are still swollen but much less than before. I can't actually wear my old clothes even though I still look pregnant with an alien baby. My scar is healing nicely with the Embrace scar therapy. I'm supposed to go to Hawaii in a month and I really hope the swelling will keep going down until then.

wow! you look amazing! I really like that you scar is so low!!!! did you know if the vertical incision made it possible to have the scar so low?
Thanks so much!! That's so kind of you! my doctor said he just pretty much followed my bikini line and I said I wished I had worn a skimpier bikini then lol. Yes I think the vertical line did allow for that because my doctor was also able to pull in all the excess skin from the sides that way. I have tried on my old pants and my waist is a lot smaller than it used to be and I don't have a muffin top anymore :). He also didn't pull as much skin down as I thought he would because I had that burn scar just above my belly button before and he thought he might be able to get it down to my bikini line but now it's between my belly button and bikini line. He said I didn't have enough skin to pull down that low. But overall I'm much happier than I was before. I'm using a scar cream for the vertical and belly button scars. Not sure if they are helping but we will see in a few months.
You're post have helped me get through until my surgery on Oct. 21st. I'm getting a revision BA and lift exchanging the implants going smaller and a TT with lipo. Im excited and scared but your results are amazing. How do you feel about the TT t scar, I'm getting one with this TT too was a little nervous?
I'm so glad I could help. This board has been so helpful to me too. I put off this TT for probably 8 years and wished I had never waited so long. The scar is a lot less "Frankenstein"ish than I envisioned (the scar was the one reason I waited so long). But now seeing the results I couldn't be happier. I still have a lot of swelling in my lower abs and am getting impatient only because I have a trip to Hawaii planned next month lol. But my BF says he barely notices the bump. The scar is right at my bikini line so all my panties and bikinis cover it except for the vertical line and my belly button has a little bit of a fat line to it. I hope that the vertical line will fade (it's pretty thin already just a little red). look back at my before pics and I would rather have the scars than that ugly saggy stomach.

Where are you getting lipo? I had a lot done on my back which made sleeping pretty difficult in the beginning because I basically had a huge bump and bruise on it. My implant exchange was virtually unnoticeable except for seeing the beautiful new girls everyday lol.
You look fantastic, your scar is so thin and beautiful.
Hey how is it going?? Havent heard an update from you in awhile. Everything good?

4 week check in

Here are my pics 4 weeks in. I just removed my first embrace tape today as well and am very happy with the scar so far. There are some areas that are puckering but I'm sure they will go away in time. My hardness in my lower abs is getting softer everyday and the swelling has also gone a lot. My implants are as nice as can be and the BF loves them lol. We had sex for the first time last weekend and I have to say it's either just been too long or it feels really different (better) in missionary position. He says it looks different down there too (in a good way)

Wow your Scars are healing nicely! Overall how are u feeling?
Thank you!! Feeling great! I feel like I can do most things myself but haven't pushed it with trying to pick up heavy things. My swelling comes back if I'm walking around or sitting for a long time but overall I feel great!
Too funny! My brother said I feel and look different down there too! He said it's like the skin is tighter around it.... I am more sensitive and get wet really quickly and climax much easier! Bonus!
Boyfriend you mean??? Lol!!!! Ok then I'm not the only one that thinks there's a difference. My BF said the same. The skin is tighter. I'm still a tiny bit numb in some areas but I'm for sure loving the new feelings. Yes! Bonus!!! Who would have thought hehe
OH MY GOD my stupid auto correct on my phone!!!!!
Hahahaha I got a good laugh out of it. But then I wondered if you really meant brother. Jk!!!!
Oh my goodness you are terrible! lololol I just need to be better at rereading what I write!
Haha sorry I couldn't help it.

Scars revealed

Finally had all the tape removed and saw the scars. Overall I'm happy that the tummy isn't as Frankenstein as I had always feared. I am using Embrace so hopefully it has good results.

Swelling is down but I still have the alien baby in my lower abs. The doctor confirmed it was just swelling so that was a relief. I have much more energy lately and am sleeping on my side which is making for a much more restful night.
