It's been a year & some change since my explantation surgery. I won't lie the first year has been challenging. But I am thankful God led me in this direction. It was by far the best decision for me. I have a wonderful naturopath who has been helping me detox which I def needed. It's been a journey filled with work but also with rewards. Here's an update on the visual part of my recovery.

you look great. were your breasts the exact same size as they were before you had the implants? do they look the same as before the implant?

Here are some recent pics. All swelling is down and this is what I'm left with. Also the sinching around the nipple seems to be going away.

Thank you! It's been a struggle for me too. My body is taking longer than I expected to get back to normal. I never do well with medications or being put to sleep. Doctor said I should be myself now but I don't feel it.. Still feel tired and sore on some days if I over do it!
No regrets though I'm so happy they are OUT! How about you?
Absolutely thrilled they are out too, and today I just invited myself to a dress up party actually! Lol... It started when I thought I wonder if I'll fit that dress now... An hour later I'd tried on most dresses just bra less n saw most looked just as good or better! :D so sweet! ;) I love my little shloompies hehehe [RS bleep]
Oh ps, yes I still get winded tired feeling and sore still too, it's a long recovery aye... Xxxx
