They’ve disappeared

So it’s been six days since my top up and they’ve essentially disappeared. I followed the aftercare instructions to a tee, I just don’t understand how this happened. Every time a scab fell off, the colour came with it. I can’t believe I paid so much money for this, they look terrible and I feel like such a fool.

After Top Up
cherrycoolJanuary 14, 2018
I was hoping the six week top up would fix everything but I don’t think it has. I told her I wasn’t happy with how far in the brows came and she said she wouldn’t go as far this time but she has. Am I crazy or is the inside of my brow thinner than the middle?? Surely brows should be thicker on the inside and then get thinner? They feel so long and unnatural on my face. And there’s a sort of reddish colour between the strokes. Will this ho away? I’m devastated that I paid so much money for this.

I actually disagree with you, I think your brows look REALLY good. I can tell that you used to pluck them too far away from your nose, and I don’t think you were ready for so much change. When I got my Rhinoplasty, I hated it so much at first. But as I see before pictures of me, I cringe and realize that it was just a matter of getting used too. I do think you paid too much. I noted the red blurs too. Shape wise, I think they look amazing.

That’s made me feel better, thank you. When I expressed my discomfort to the technician, she did actually suggest I probably just wasn’t used to so much eyebrow. I’ll try and give it time and see how I feel in a few weeks. But the red blues are definitely irking me, especially for the price I paid.

I think they look great. My technician advised me of what I should expect during the healing process. I will be patient. Take your time with the process and know you look great.

I’ve pencilled my brows in for years and finally decided to bite the bullet and get them microbladed. It’s only day two but I’m panicking. I know they will fade over the next few days, but my right eyebrow is wonky and she took it too close to my nose. Even if that fades ... surely it won’t fade completely??? How on earth can that be fixed at my touch up appointment? Am I stuck with this almost unibrow for a year? I’m really panicking.

Unfortunately, the shape won't change even though they will lighten and thin. I know from my extremely bad experience.

Hi! I'm in a similar position and have been somewhat successful in pulling away some ink / fading mine with this solution my artist provided me with:
"The best way to diminish or remove a pigment naturally is to apply a salt paste infused with drops of hydrogen peroxide within 24 hrs of the procedure. Up to 72 hrs after procedure still gives pretty good results. NOTE: This will sting and/or burn! MAKING PASTE: Using a small glass bowl, 2-3 tbls. food grade finely ground pink Himalayan Salt, distilled water (just enough to make salt a thick paste), then add 7-10 drops of hydrogen peroxide (drug store type) PROCEDURE INSTRUCTIONS: First, apply to all desired areas with a moderate amount of a topical lidocaine anesthetic. Cover with clean plastic wrap and allow to sit for at least 30-45 min. Longer is fine. Apply the paste to the desired area with a cotton swab. Using a very small cotton swab or micro swab, very gently rub or swipe back and forth the individual bladed areas. Please be careful not to over rub and pull away skin. You will see some immediate lightening. Rinse with very cold water and gently pat dry with a medical gauze or pads (available at drug store) Be prepared, the area will look red, but will diminish over the the course of the next week. You must use triple anti-biotic ointment at least 3x a day for the next 4 days and do not wash the area(s). The 5th day cease the ointment and allow the skin to dry, scab, and flake off (which is normal) Keep the area clean, but clean the area(s) very gently and keep dry. DO NOT pick or scratch off dry skin! It will take a few weeks to a month to heal the area. This may not remove all the pigment, but it will definitely diminish the harsh look and in time the microblade will fade away."

If you go back for a touch up session she can only make it thicker or more defined so it won't take the parts that you don't like away : (
Also if this solution doesn't work for you you can find some artists who can doit for you but they microblade the saline solution in to pull the ink to the surface. Mine haven't healed yet so the cuts are still present.
