How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Complete Joke
I scheduled an appointment online at the Locust Grove Office to have several broken blood vessels examined and removed via IPL Laser Treatment. After I completed the appointment request online. I received an email with a new client application. I completed the application and submitted it via email as instructed the next day. Which was several weeks prior to my appointment. The day of my appointment, I received a call stating the doctor was out sick and that I would need to reschedule. I completely understood the reasoning and I agreed to the next available appointment. I showed up to my rescheduled appointment and saw Dr. Schneibel for approximately 3 minutes. Where she introduced herself and advised me that the locust grove office does not offer these services and that I would need to go to the Macon office. Than Dr. Schneibel excused herself and the nurse then took photos of the vessels in question for my file as a reference for the referral to Macon. I later received a bill for $200+ for this visit. I called the billing office and explained the above scenario. I asked why the new patient application I completed in detail per their request wasn’t reviewed prior to my appointment? Instead of thanking me for my business or apologizing for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. I was told I should have never placed my appointment online and that I should’ve called to make an appointment where I would have been instructed to contact the Macon office. I stated that if my new patient application would have been reviewed than I could have been advised that the locust grove office doesn’t perform the IPL Treatments as well. Donna in the billing department whose a real gem, stated she was going to transfer me to Dr. Schneibel’s nurses so I could argue with someone else. I stated that I was just trying to figure out why I was being billed $200+ without any services being rendered and where I was instructed to visit another office? Donna explained that this referral was considered a service and that Dr. Schneibel examined my face resulting in these charges. I couldn’t help but laugh that this 3 minute appointment was considered a service and one worth $200+. They are the furthest thing from customer service oriented nor do they review any of the paperwork they insist their customers complete prior to their appointments. If their website isn’t a reliable option for appointments then this service shouldn’t be offered. I will gladly take my business elsewhere as this company is a complete joke.
