Deep Hyperpigmentation....what are my options?
I have had this hyperpigmentation on my back for over 10 years. It started with an autoimmune disease 10 years ago that attacked my skin.....some spots are slightly pitted, but my main concern is the pigmentation. Would IPL work in my case? I have seen some amazing IPL photos, but mainly fixing sun damage. The autoimmune doctor said the pigmentation should go away with time but it never has, leading me to think it is deep in the dermis. FYI...The autoimmune disease has been cured. What are my options....Ipl, micro needling, skin bleach, or anything?
