I Got Reveal Aligners (Same Thing As Invisalign)

Payment was over $4000. Desperate to get my teeth/smile/etc all in order so I can take more pics as well as socialize with confidence and date etc. MY TEETH ARE STARTING TO MOVE IN PLACE!!! I can see what it's doing! Basically, my entire teeth set is moving outward and into place. I'll have a big smile and not only that, they'll be straight and happy! I'm planning on light teeth whitening treatment (or just do it @ home) ...after this all gets done. I'm also wondering about Lumineers or Veneers, if after they move, they aren't totally better. Or after the aligner treatment, if a few teeth need shaving or what. We will see what happens after it all, but first, I'm having them moved and then second, need to see which teeth is uneven , etc. Then some whitening and I'll be able to take pics and do things!!! ....Let me just tell you, Veneers/Lumineers are not cheap :( OMG! I was about to pay for them right when I paid for the aligner and it was over $15,500!!! (Grand total, I think yes) ...If I had paid that all at once, I wouldn't have been able to pay my $15,000 medical bill I got the next week so WHEW omg that would've been tragic!!! I'm thinking about not paying the $15,000 medical bill and just having it go in collections because that's too much. I'm making 300 payments monthly, but what a tragic waste. I'm really upset about it, so I think I'll just stop payments and have it go in collections until I have money to pay for this all! My aligners were expensive enough omg lol!! I need a revision rhinoplasty but I was thinking of buccal fat removal first, and that's alot cheaper. First, I would need the money for it lol!!! I can't just pull it out of my ass, unfortunately :(
