Invisalign
So I have had Invisalign and I have had braces and I wanted to share my experience of both and which I wold recommend!
So before I had braces as a teenager, i had buck teeth, an overbite, and my front teeth all overlapped! I had braces at 15/16 but once I hd them removed (with a great result), my teeth became crooked again within a few years!
At 26 I decided to try Invisalign...as a woman in her 20’s i dreaded the thought of train tracks! I had Invisalign for 7 months and they have their pros and cons but they did a good job.
