Everything is going great. I haven’t had any troubles my incisions are healing really nicely my breasts are settling slightly yesterday I wore a tight T-shirt and they felt a little small which was a feeling I was surprised by. I took some pictures this morning to check out

I am scheduled for natrelle inspira 385 full profile, over muscle, with Dr. Jewell on April 11th! I just had my consultation a few days ago and was looking for similar situation reviews!!! I found yours and have been reading through the details! I am excited, Dr Jewell and his staff seem amazing! Your results looks awesome, this is exactly what I am going for.... I wanted to ask you what profile or projection you chose? Also, gummy bear or soft touch? Thank you and congratulations! You look amazing!

(Psst..."Soft Touch" IS one of the "gummy bear" implants that is part of the Allergan Inspira line; the other two that ARE the same 5th Generation "gummy" are the "Cohesive" and "410". I hope that helps answer part of your question--congrats).

That’s so awesome I’m excited for you! I had such a great experience at his office and still five weeks after surgery I texted Hillary today about something she’s amazing at getting back to me. She’s amazing. I went with 385 high profile over the muscle. So pretty similar sounds like

Haha--totally get it--and it is! I'm super excited for you!! My only regret is not getting it sooner. I can't recall if newtothis97424 got silicone or saline (the projections are different between the two fills, irrespective of manufacturer). You'll lose some projection under the muscle; I got Inspira Soft Touch Full Profile and I "lost" the right amount of projection--you're going to love them!! I remember trying on the sizers for mine and thinking, "Holy huge!" Then I started imagining how much projection would change once they are inside the body. Personally, I wanted more projection than less, but not "Pamela Anderson" projection, so Full Profile was perfect for me. Anything less would have been too small for what I wanted. You'll be able to go over your vision again with your surgeon, trust him and go with your gut. Don't worry about what others will say, and be conscious that "boob greed" is for real AND go with your gut!! I may not be on here much by the time you get your surgery (I'm currently at 5 most Post Op), so I'll wish you well on your surgery now!! :high five:

I’m only 2 weeks out from my surgery but so far I’ve had the best experience! I have been treated with respect and dignity by everyone in the office. Hillary is a saint! She is your personal google there any time you need to ask anything, weekends nights, you name it. She has been so helpful and reassuring. I feel like I’ve known her forever just like talking to a girl friend. Dr. Jewell was surprisingly humble. He took his time with me at consultation and explained the what’s where’s and why’s. My surgery was so smooth almost no bleeding and bruising. Recovery was surprisingly smooth only needed meds for 3 days. I was lucky and didn’t have to have drains. Because of Dr. Jewells extensive experience I felt 100% confident in choosing him as my surgeon, and now 2 weeks out I’m 100% confident I’d make the same decision again.

How is the softness of the natrelle inspiras? Could you post a softness squishiness video?
I will look for the comparison videos too. Are they on this site or another plastic surgery site?
