31 years old, 5’4, 125 lbs, 11.5 base diameter, breastfed 2 for a total of 3 years. Gained 70lbs with pregnancy. currently a small B deflated and saggy( but not enough for a lift) surgery date set for January 14th
Wanting large C to D. PS says 365 is about as big as he is comfortable going on my frame. I’m hoping it will be big enough. I am grateful to have a Dr that is like that though. Very math and number oriented. Hopefully he has an artist eye as well. Hoping to find someone else getting surgery around the same time as me.

Thank you only1want! I love your detailed reviews! I will be over the muscle because of my breast already starting to sag (but not enough for a lift) the over the muscle will look more natural On me. I chose inframamery incision. And I’ll also be getting the soft touch, which I’m so stoked about getting the latest and greatest. I love your outcome! I’d love to get up into the 400cc range but with 11.5 BTW it’s not possible or maybe just not recommend? I see on here small women with 500cc so I’m wondering if it’s just the surgeons discretion. I’ll ask him at my pre op to be sure but when I called and talked to the nurse she told me 365 was my max. That’s for sure what I’ll chose if it biggest but of coarse let him have the last day on what looks best.
I’m down to 6 weeks pre op. I’m sooo excited to have boobs

Hi! Based on your BWD, and your Full projection choice, I think it makes sense that 365 is the largest he is comfortable for you because that is already 0.5 more on your BWD, which is equivalent to the most my surgeon would do on me.
For you, the breakdown for Inspira SSF Profile selection is as follows: 11.5 = 335 cc, 11.75 = 345 cc, and 12 = 365 cc. The only option to go bigger for me would have been to consider SXF (Extra Full Profile) but that option never came up; he didn’t bring it up and neither did I. I think if it was a realistic option, then he would have raised the discussion. (My breakdown: 12 BWD = 365, 12.25 = 385 cc, and 12.5 = 415 cc was my highest). The board certified surgeons take into account other factors, like elasticity of the skin and the amount of breast tissue. I suppose that you could ask him his thoughts on Extra Full Profile, but it may not give you the results you seek. From what I understand, you’ll lose less projection going over the muscle than I did going under the muscle so maybe the Extra Full would not be optimal for your anatomy. The good news is that from all the research I’ve done, your recovery may be much easier than mine because a.) over the muscle is potentially less invasive, and b.) the inframammary incisions tend to give surgeons more visibility into the implants’ placement. I also got the Soft Touch and I love them! They are definitely getting softer by the week. At my last appointment I touched all three: Responsive, Soft Touch and Cohesive; to me the Soft Touch was definitely the perfect combination of softness between the other two.

I was worried about going through ALL of it (surgery, recovery, emotional turmoil) and wishing I had gone bigger. I’m relieved that I did! If after your initial BA you want more, then I think you’ll have an option to do so after you’ve healed and if your body/anatomy permits (but that it’s no safe to do so on an initial BA). Since I am pretty active, we have a farm and I’m fostering my nephew who is 21 months. He said that the extra full wasn’t a good option. My official pre op is dec 17th. My husband was at work for my first appointment so he didn’t get to see me with the sizers in or meet my surgeon yet so we scheduled this so that he could come. Thank goodness!

I would say I want my new boobs to be as big as looks and feels natural for my frame. Being that I’ve always been flat chested my inclination is to go huge. My husband keeps trying to rein me in, as well as my doctor. I’m hoping he will at least give me 365cc and that I don’t feel like they are to small.

I’m glad I read your review! I have a very similar breast size and shape (although I’m wider in the chest: 13) and my surgery date is the same as yours! I’m getting liposuction too, since I don’t quite have your rocking body!
I also have many of the same “wish pics” as you, and I’m going with the Soft Touch as well! I’m doing moderate profile, and the max implants size for that profile and width is 375, so I think I’m going with that. Mine will be under the muscle though.
I hope to follow along with your journey, as it coincides with mine! Good luck with the final pick, and can’t wait to hear about the results!
(I’m going to start my review next week- I have another sizing appointment tomorrow to solidify my choice!)

That’s so exciting to have another surgery sister! I have a text going with 1 other that her surgery is on the 13th. Is this wait time just killing you too? I’m kinda glad to have a size guide because the longer I wait the bigger I want them. Especially reading about everyone having boob greed. Are you in the US? I wish I could do lipo on my saggy mom thighs. I’m jealous! I will say this is not my normal weight, not by far! I’m normally around 140-145 post kids. But I’ve been under some crazy stress fostering my nephews that I’ve lost some extra weight. I’d like BBL

Just now saw your response! Yes, I’m in the US. Surgery date is getting so close now! In fact, mine got moved up three days, which is great for me because I have those days off work too- more time for recovery!
I just finally posted my own initial review on here too- it’s currently pending acceptance, should be up soon I think!
So excited and getting nervous too!
And what a great thing you are doing, fostering your nephews. Hope the stress eases up though!

So I’ve had my surgery moved up as well! I’m on January 7th now.what day are you looking at? I keep second guessing the size I’m getting, my dr and I discussed 345-365 and now I’m really feeling like I should have asked for bigger. I’m so scared I’ll regret my choice I’ve even had nightmares about it

Mine is now 1/11! I too am struggling with size decision still. Except I’m more concerned with shape than size really. I’m afraid I won’t choose a big enough implant to fill out my existing breast tissue. I keep imagining saggy torpedo boobs/snoopy boobs! I guess I just have to trust in the skills of my surgeon...
Can’t wait to hear how yours goes, since you now will be done a bit before me!!

I’m soo excited for my surgery, less than a month away now but still feels like it’s forever away. Tomorrow is my pre op it’s way early because of the Christmas vacation. I have a list of question for the Dr.
looking back at my original goals and original wish pics it’s crazy how I’ve changed in such a short time. In the long term I think my original goals were and are smarter but after looking at more boobs than the local high school boys team maybe I’ve been desensitized or something, maybe it’s because I’ve read so much about boob greed? But now I really want bigger boobs. Originally I really wanted about 350cc dr said 345 or 365 should work on me. I’m really hoping I can talk him into 385 tomorrow. Just as an extra precaution against boob greed. I’ll let you know how It goes!!
