Profhilo - crepey under eyes
WORTH IT$250
I had a lower blepharoplasty about 10 year ago - genetically I had huge eyebags that were the bane of my life. My mother had the same, but had to live with hers. Not me! Got them removed asap! Anyway, although they were successful treated, the skin under my eyes was really crepey even after a recent facelift. My surgeon said it was would dicing with disaster to take more skin and I didn’t want to be lasered there, so I was stuck. Botox didn’t help my wide, crepey under eye area. Then I found Profhilo recently. I’m on day 6 after first injections and so far it’s really quite incredible! The lines/crepey bits under my eyes have improved vastly and my skin (I’m 56) has improved in tone/bounce all over. To be honest, I didn’t expect such a result and it’s supposed to keep getting better as your body makes collagen. The injections hurt, esp over the cheekbone and I left with big, hardish lumps at the injection sites. They were painful enough to make me sleep on my back the first night...you can imagine, I was worried! The lumps persisted for two days after that...and gradually softened and kind of spread out, until here I am at day 6, looking in the mirror and thinking ‘whoooaa this is good stuff!’ :)

I’m concerned I had pre-Philo about a week ago and all the bumps of gone except for under my eyes I look like I’ve got long blisters has anybody else experienced this? I’m worried these lumps won’t go down

I have same issue and mine was 2 months ago. They haven’t gone down. I wouldn’t have it near the eyes again.

2nd Profhilo
I think this Profhilo is good stuff! I had the second injections yesterday - man...they make you squirm a bit! But worth it! This time the bumps only lasted 24hrs...the Profhilo spread out much quicker, just as my provider said it would. I really liked the effect this morning, you forget what ‘bouncy’ skin looks like and when you get it back it’s quite rejuvenating!
I took a couple of photos about three hours after second injections - I’ve circled the lumps!

I think your provider did not inject Profhilo properly. You should not have such a significant bumps .These are acid filled bumps which eventiually dissapper but almoost doesnt do anything on your skin.Such big and white bumps indicate that product has been injected too superficialy .If product is administrated in the right way ,injected very slowly and approx 3mm under skin you should not feel any pain and the bumps last only couple of hours and look like mosquito bites.Mention this to your provider next time .

I'm surprised that you say that as lumps after Profhilo injections are common - I Googled it to make sure, nearly every site mentions it. Are you an expert in this field? I wonder where you got your information from?

I have Profhilo for 2 years every 3-4 months .I went to different providers and I had similar as yours bumps which were whitish .last year I went to well to do it with known doctor in Harley Street but this time the bumps were much smaller ,looked different and there was no pain as the doctor injected it very slowly .When mentioned to him about my last treatment ,he explained to me why there is difference. The white acid bumps appear because product is injected very superficial and will not do much to the skin .It should be injected in the deep dermis ,approx 2.5/3 mm under skin .

Okay, I don't know what you mean by 'white acid lumps'? Could you explain? I just had lumps the first time and smaller lumps the second time, like my provider said I would. I don't know what 'white acid lumps' are though.
Thank you for the info! It looks like your doctor is not in our system, which is great because I can let our team know. I've sent you a DM with more detail :)
