Update Post-June filler
I promised to update you and here it is! At my appointment in June, we discussed my crepe under-eye wrinkles, and I asked the docs advice. We decided on the tiniest bit of filler under the eye (injected at about he midpoint of my under eye bags with the needle going towards my nose on each side) a little more filler to the cheekbones, and a new version of Botox that recently came out. I'm thrilled with the results! They're very small changes, but I love how natural it looks. No one (not even my bestie!) has guessed that I had work done.

Per a request, here's a smiling picture. Scheduled in end of June for a little filler to address the crepe wrinkles under my eyes, but I'm not sure if I'll go through with it. Hearing lots of bad experiences with under eye fillers. Will keep you updated!
4 month update
Had PRF, Botox and Sculptra about 3 months ago. I did a 2nd round of Sculptra and Botox 5 days ago, so bear that in mind.
I'm happy with how things are coming along. I still have crepe wrinkles directly under my eyes when I smile, so I'm going to try some filler under there next month. Will keep you posted!
