Completed all 6 treatments, after m first tx—I noticed no more urinary stress dribbles.
By the 5th and 6th I noticed increased tightness vaginally— to be point that by the 5th and 6th tx, I felt aroused during my procedure.
There was nothing easier for me— just sit and read a magazine for 28 minutes!
5 wks post procedures : my husband noticed how much tighter I am , which is a bonus— since I had procedures for resolution of my USI !!

Knowing that I had resumption of my USI — that had
Resolved following ThermiVa therapy in 2016 —I knew back in 2016– that I needed pelvic floor strength training— but I neglected to attend to that— other than Kegels, when I remembered— and occasionally I would insert BenWa ball of different weights— but I became lazy/- with my strengthening plan.
Emsella is an initial treatment of 6 sessions/ 2/wk/ for 3 weeks— cost is $1500.
Maintenance is recommended every 8-9 months for 3 sessions for a much reduced cost of $300.
