So here is my story I have suffered from Sever Acne since my early 20's I am now 37 In my 20"s I took Acutane and had 90 Excision done for my ice pick scars followed by a full CO2 lazer. I was very disappointed and was left with excisions scars that were worse than the original Ice Pick Scars
So anyway where I am today last year I decide to give it another run My Milia Acne and Cystic acne flared up again and I had new ice pick scars So I started with Peels and Dot Lazer + Minocycline The Peels falred me up and my skin did not respond to the dot lazer So we switched to a serious of photo facials and Hydra facials which I have had consistently for a Year with 1 syringe of Juvederm in my nasolabial folds and the downturned corners of my mouth which didnt really do much -My Cystic acne is under control however my Milia Acne is not and I just had 27 Punch excisions done last Week. I finished the last 11 a Week ago , 4 Weeks prior to this.. I did PRP Micro needling Pen procedure I currently have 11 stitches in my face I am due back Money to have them removed I am not sure what we are going to do next

Ok so I got my stitches out and this time around I can totally say they healed great I feel that the PRP Micro Needling 4 weeks Prior had allot to do with it I am very happy:) Next I will be having a Hydra Facial in 2 Weeks with extractions for my Milia acne then another PRP in 4 weeks:)
I also took a Antibiotic while healing and a steroid and I am using a silicone topical for the scar:)
