After becoming a mom, my breast became so small...

After becoming a mom, my breast became so small and my stomach developed the "pregnancy pouch". I've always had the smaller frame but pregnancy did a number on my body. I went from 102 lbs when I first became pregnant to 170 lbs right before I gave birth. I lost all of my pregnancy weight but was left with the saggy stretched skin on my stomach and lost all the perkiness and fullness of my breast. It seemed like no matter how hard I worked out, exercised and dieted, I just couldn't achieve what I wanted. After consideration and lots of research, I came across a Dr. that had all of the qualifications I was looking for. I set up a consultation. After meeting the staff and with Dr Wagner, I felt that I was going to be in good hands. The staff are polite, sweet and very nice but always professional. They took time to work with me and my schedule. Any and all questions or concerns I had were promptly answered and taken care of. Dr Wagner took time to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He talked to me about the procedure that I would be undergoing and explained the risk and complications that could happen also. He took the time needed to answer all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed or felt any pressure to hurry things along. I came out very confident that this was what I wanted and who I would choose to do my procedure. When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous. Dr Wagner eased my mind. I knew I was in good hands.
I started this journey out as a size small B cup with a flabby stomach to a size D cup and having a flatter sexier stomach. Dr Wagner and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. From day one and still until now I feel like this was the best decision I could have made. I feel more confident and could not be any happier. I would not change a thing. I would highly recommend Dr Wagner to anyone who is wanting and looking for the best Dr.. I can't stress enough how much I love my new boobs and flat stomach and how happy I am with everything.. Not only do I love my new look, my husband loves my new look too.

Not sure why some are upside down, I will work on that.. Oh and my phone doesn't do justice for my pics. My scare from my mini tummy tuck doesn't look that dark. It's getting lighter as time passes. And as sad as it is, I have gained some weight due to not being able to do much exercising. If I go to extremes, I accumulate fluid at my abdominal scar. I've had to have fluid drained 2 times. I just need to learn to let my body heal first then get back into shape :)

you look great!! Congratulations!

I had my boobs done last year (i love them), but i'm contemplating the tummy tuck now, how would you rate the pain in comparison? you read some horror stories, and then you read some that the girls were up and going 10 days post op. Just looking for opinions :)

Thank you :) I have had my days with this procedure.
The first week for me was the worst. I had my pain medication to help but it also made me sick. So after the first few days I cut way back on them. I went from 4 pain pills a day to 1/2 a pill 4 times a day. I had to get a prescription for nausea. Coughing/gagging is not good.. The first time I coughed I thought I was gonna die. Pillows were my friend. I had a lot of them. During the day I reclined on my sofa with pillows propping up my feet, arms, head, and had them stuffed behind me.. I keptall my pillows close for a good month. I tried to have things close like water, snacks, phone and what not. I had some discomfort when I would get up to move around or walk to the bathroom but what bothered me more than the pain was getting so tired and short winded when I was up for a bit. I also made sure I had stool softeners. I didn't want to chance having pressure from straining or any of that since my antibiotics and pain med caused constipation. I felt a really bad burning sensation and feeling of tearing when I had straining or pulling on my abdomen.
Sleeping was a big challenge for me because I have always slept on my side and stomach. Couldn't do that anymore, had to sleep on my back. (had my pillows then also) Since I only had a mini tummy tuck I only had one drain tube. It caused pain if I accidentally pulled or caught it on something.
After my one week post op appointment, I had my drain taken out and I was advised that I could go back to taking Ibuprofen again. I had to cut all that out before my procedure. My Dr was great on advising me on what not to take. Since I was a former smoker (maybe smoked 2 cigs a day) I had to completely stop and stay away from second hand smoke. I had to wait 6 weeks before I could have my surgery. Ibuprofen was something I had to stop taking so when I was told I could take it again I was happy. It worked SO much better than pain pills. I started doing more and hurt less. I still had discomfort but was told that I not only had my tummy tuck but a breast augmentation also, so it was gonna take longer for me to heal. Before my 2 week post appointment (It was somewhere around there) I had the great Idea that I was going to go do some gardening. That was the first time I had to have fluid drained from me. A syringe was inserted into my stomach to remove the seroma/fluid. That scared me so I made sure to wear not only a compression garment but also spanks, and tried to take it easy. Dr told me the more I did and had my heart rate up the better chance I would have of this happening. Spanks/compression help keep the fluid away also.
I had more pain and discomfort from my breast than I did with my tummy tuck. I still have sensitivity and sharp pain sometimes with my breast. As for my stomach, I still have some sensitivity and discomfort If I do vigorous activity, But usually I can take 3 ibuprofen (600 mg) and be fine for the day. I did go on a long motorcycle ride with my husband not very long ago and didn't wear a garment or spanks (I was like 2 months post op and thought I would be fine) I had to have fluid removed again at my last post op appointment. Not much fluid, but enough to show me that I was not healed all the way.
I have to say I would rate my pain during the first week anywhere from a 5-7
It took awhile to regain my strength and to keep from getting so wore out and tired, that took about a month.
now on a bad day I would rate my pain as a 2-3 and I don't have many bad days.
Everyone heals and deals with pain differently.
I had pain but It wasn't bad enough to where I wouldn't do it again.
I think I am really lucky to have such a great recovery so far with no serious complications. I just made sure I followed my Dr's orders, took all my vitamins, cut out all the medications/supplements told not to take and just rested like I was told.
I figured if I was going to spend this much money and have this much down time, I was gonna do it right :)

I wish nothing but the best for you if you decide to go forward and have this done.
I am so glad I did it and have no regrets :)
