Day three! Today I made the 1.5 hour trip to see Dr. Turkle and get my drains removed! I'm glad to see them go, although they really weren't painful or bothersome unless I forgot they were there and hooked one on something.
Removal was quick and relatively painless... It did smart a little for a second, but it dissipated in a minute or so.
I still am very pleased with Dr. Turkle. She is a great surgeon and very sweet caring lady. I'm so glad I found her to do my procedure!

My consult with Dr. Turkle was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Turkle was very informative, and knowledgeable. She has a super bedside manner and is very easy to talk to. I will be happy to update this with results post op!
