I am 5'03 and currently weigh about 129 lbs, and am muscular..In 2003 I had over the muscle cohesive gel implants 355 cc and have had zero issues. When I originally had my first BA I was seriously weight training and had no breasts. The BA took me to a nice C cup, I am now post menopausal at age 47, have gained breast tissue .They are just too big, VS put me in a 34DD, but they may be bigger.
My surgeon thinks after removing my current implants I will be about a B cup, and to get upper pole fullness recommended 180-200 cc under the muscle to achieve that goal. I don't want to be any bigger than a full B cup or small C at the largest, I am tired of carrying around larger and trying to hide them under bulky clothes.
My PS would like to go under the muscle, but wont know if it is possible until she gets in there and tries. (since I've had overs for 12 yrs. it isn't always easy or possible to go under apparently) I am also getting a lift with anchor incisions and drains. How is recovery?!? The first BA was just like I had a tough chest work out nothing bad, but they were over the muscle... I am looking forward to getting this done and being small again.
There are so few reviews of going smaller during a revision and even fewer going to 180-200cc I wanted to post my story and hopefully hear from a few of you ladies who have already been through it!

Yesterday I had my surgery with Dr. Turkle, I love her! I had my 12 year old 355 cc mentor gummie implants removed and a full anchor lift in addition to silicone 210cc under the muscle for upper pole fullness. I was worried about the pain, but it hasn't been bad. I have two drains and they aren't bugging me at all. I got a really nice compression bra before surgery and they used it. If anyone needs a really comfortable well made post surgical bra you should go to brilliant contours. The owner is very good to work with!!
Back to the procedure, it really wasn't bad at all! I asked to end up a full B or a light C and I think that's where I will be after the swelling goes down. Any one considering doing it... Go for it!

Day 2 post op. Everything is going great! I am a little sore and have to remind myself to take it easy.
