I am 5'4 130lbs. I wore a 32C in the tshirt bra at VS. I am very modest when it comes to clothing choices and didn't want anything too big. I got 345cc silicone moderate profile over the muscle with incision in the crease under breast. I am still not sure what my final size will be because I am still wearing sports bras but I am very happy with the results and think they look good on my body type. If you are a little less conservative than me with a similar body I would say go for the 375cc. Below are my before and after. I did have a lot of tissue to start but after nursing two children I wanted them to be more even and perky! I got exactly that while being able to remain my modest self.

I am very pleased with my choice to use Dr. Wagner for my breast augmentation. Several years ago he removed a spot from my breast and my scar was perfect. When I decided to have a breast augmentation my decision to go back to him was easy. The office staff is very responsive and helpful. Dr. Wagner is thorough in his explaination. He gave me exactly the look I asked for. I had very little bruising and no complications. There was nothing negative about my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Wagner for any plastic surgery.

Congrats! So nice to hear when plans come together! Would you mind telling us the specs on your implants? Also any before/after pics? I'm in Kentucky, still searching for the right surgeon for me.. and any info about your experience would be so helpful!! Thx!

I am still new at using this but I added specifics and a before and after. I hope that helps! I didn't do any shopping around and just chose Dr. Wagner based on my experience with spot removal and recommendation from a good friend who had breast aug done with him and I couldn't tell they were fake! He is awesome and you won't regret choosing him.

Oh and he is also offering $1k off silicone implants right now and that is amazing. My total cost was under $5k and procedure done in a surgery center which made me more comfortable.

I also used Dr. Wagner for my tummy tuck, lipo and breast implants. I interviewed MANY doctors and he was by far my favorite! He was caring and helpful as was his staff. I was unsure about what size implants I wanted as I wanted them larger but wanted them to look "natural". He helped me choose the right size for my body and wanted to be sure I would be happy with all of my results. I went with 485cc silicone implants. Due to having many procedures I stayed at the surgery center and was pleased with the nurses there too. I'm 9 weeks out now and absolutely LOVE the new me!
