I had my consultation a week ago. I had plenty of questions and concerns. Implant size and recovery were at the top of my list.
Dr. Fata answered all of my questions.
I am 5'3, 135 lbs and currently a 34A. After having 2 children and breastfeeding, I have a little sagging. I do not want a dramatic change. I just want the perky look again. We've decided an implant size of 325cc would be proportionate and achieve the results I'm looking for. I haven't selected a date yet, but I will keep you posted.

Sounds like your consultation went well and you determined a good size implant for your body frame and lifestyle. What type of implant did you choose? Please keep us posted on a possible surgery date!

It went really well. I chose silicone implants. I am most likely going to schedule surgery for late March/early April. I will definitely post updates along the way

I am same height and weight as you. My breasts slightly bigger and I got 375cc silicone high profile under muscle yesterday. I honestly don't think they are all that big and probably could have gone bigger but anything bigger than what I had is an improvement. I wore padded push up bras all the time and I don't think anyone will notice my change which is fine with me! Remember u will lose size by 10% going under the muscle. I was originally going to do 325 or 350 but I added more bc of under the muscle I am glad I did! Best of luck to you!!

I decided to set my surgery date for Monday, April 27. I am very excited.
I am even more excited about my pre op appointment. I have a few questions/concerns:
Am I going too big? I don't want a drastic change.
I get really anxious. Is there something I can take to bring me down from my anxiety?
I have body piercings that I prefer not to remove. (The hole may close)...

My pre op appointment is April 7. I am sure all of my questions will be answered.
I am super excited.

Hi, I can't really comment on the other questions yet because I'm just now starting out on my journey as well and my consultation isn't until March 3rd, but you could ask you're surgeon if plastic retainers are ok. I have my cheek pierced and I. Also afraid of them closing during surgery but I do plan to ask if the retainers are ok. I do know I wore then to the dentist and got x-rays and even a root canal with them in and I was fine. But if I do by chance have to take them out I'd do it. I want my boobies much more than keeping piercings I can just get again

Are you going under or over the muscle? And are you getting saline or silicon? I think 325 will be perfect and they won't be huge! I was a small C cup and I just had my surgery a week ago on louisville. I got 355cc's gummy bear silicone under the muscle I should be a full D by the time I'm finished healing and the swelling has gone down. My recovery was cake. I went dr.salzman in Louisville and he was outstanding other surgeons go to him to learn so I knew I was in good hands
