I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey Wagner at Wagner and Associates by a close friend who had seen him for a breast enhancement. She looked fantastic, had a positive experience and I considered her my "credible source for all things" because she is a research specialist! I was considering a breast reduction (to a 32C) due to back, neck and shoulder pain from carrying around very dense 32DD breasts since I was 14. Wagner and Associates offer FREE consultations so I thought, "why not just go and get their opinion?" I am so glad I did seek their advice!! The entire staff from, the gals who greet you to Kara the Cosmetic Care Coordinator to Dr. Wagner, himself, was very professional and compassionate. Their authentic disposition to truly help me feel and look better had me asking, "can we just knock this procedure out today?!?" Although I was eager to get the ball rolling because of the genuine care the office had already showed to me; I was beyond impressed and gained even more respect when they shared how they delicately assess the best possible way to move forward with such procedures. The fact that they weren't rushing me to be in and out made me trust the fact that they were truly partnering with me in this lifestyle change! My surgery went smoothly and Dr. Wagner and his surgical team treated me like family. Each moment I interacted with Dr. Wagner or a member of his team I felt safe and in good hands. I could completely trust that they had my best interest at heart. Following my procedure I had adequate follow up appointments where I was not only seen by their nurse, Brandy (who took great care of me and even helped remove some of my sutures) but also by Dr. Wagner, himself! I am beyond pleased and have to show restraint in not showing my new, lighter and might I add perkier breasts! My husband is thrilled to not see me in pain due to my heavy breasts and love how natural they look!
