I'm all healed! Dr fata is absolutely fantastic; I couldn't be happier with my results. My new size is 36DD, exactly what I asked for! My scars are healing and my new results are so natural looking.

You look great! So was it a 24 hour recovery or not
No it definitely wasn't 24 hours for me; it was pretty rough for the first 3 days but I was definitely okay to move around and go places. I went out to dinner the night after surgery an did fine; just had to make sure I took my meds.
Also I don't think your implants are moderate plus because there's no 450 cc.... it's 397 or 457 or 421 or 457cc ( these are the type moderate plus sizes) there is a 450cc implant but that would be a saline implant not silicone, Im just wondering? But like I said you look great in your booby's will even get better with time I love the moderate plus look
If they aren't mod plus then they are moderate. They definitely aren't high profile. I have a wider chest so I was able to have that vs high profile, which is what I wanted. I love the natural look they give. Most people say they would never know they weren't real if I hadn't told them.
Tha is so cool! I wish I could get moderate instead of mod + Congrats your end result it's gonna be so pretty . I like the real , natural look so much. I'm fighting against Drs trying to tell me I should get hp. I don't like that look on me . Anyway keep us updated ! Best wishes !

I’m so glad I found your review! I’m currently 5 days post-op from surgery it’s Dr. Fata. I went with 400cc silicone moderate plus as well (he isn’t a fan of and hardly ever used high profile). Yours at the beginning look very similar to mine - not super boxy and scary looking! If mine settle at all similar to yours, I’ll be ecstatic. Thanks for the full review with pictures, I had yet to find one before yours. Congrats on amazing results!

Post Op & Bras

I had my first post op appt yesterday. I got my stitches out and steristrips off (yay!) and learned how to massage, which really helps after a long day at work. I am cleared to do anything, just no heavy lifting for two more weeks.

I went back to the gym today for the first time since my surgery and it went fine. We had leg day of course and I can definitely tell I haven't been in two weeks!

Going back to work tomorrow!

At ten days post I feel like a new woman! No more pain, swelling is still present but hardly any pressure now. I can always tell when I've tried to do too much because my back starts hurting (the muscles between my shoulder blades). I cleaned the house today and did laundry. The washer was a bit of a challenge because we have a top loader! Haha! I feel almost back to normal!

Tomorrow is my first day back to work as a busy hairstylist, and I am so excited to get back. I'm ready to put on makeup and do my hair and just look like myself again! And see people! Lol! I am also going back to the gym on Friday as long as my surgeon clears me. Hopefully leg day is in order :)

Today was a bit of an adventure; I drive a lifted vehicle with huge tires and at 5'2, I have to work to get myself and my toddler into it. I managed to re-install his car seat, get him in and buckled, and get myself in with no trouble at all. I so happy to have had such a quick recovery! The first few days were really tough but I am so so glad I had this done.

I go back for my two week post op on Thursday and can not WAIT to get the steristrips off.
