I had large breasts during puberty, then when I got a bit older they shrank. When I exercised or lost any weight, they were always the first to go. My friend had a breast augmentation and I absolutely loved the natural results, so after long thought I decided to go for it. Pre-op I was a 34B, and my PS and I decided together on 325cc, mod + and I believe they will be perfect.
The morning of surgery I was very nervous (mostly about the IV and anesthesia...I had never had surgery before). I arrived, and did not have to wait long before going into pre-op room where they took my blood pressure/temp and stuck the IV in. The two nurses did a great job at talking to me and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I waited in that room for about an hour, which I'm actually super thankful for because it gave me the opportunity to calm down and prepare. Dr. Fata came in and marked me up, asked for any last minute questions, and wished me luck. Next, the anesthesiologist came in and asked lots of questions, and then we were headed to the surgery room. He gave me a cocktail, which made me feel a little drunk, and then I was out. I woke up, and we went to the post op room where I was asked to move my arms, and I got ready to leave. The drive home was not nearly as bad as I expected, and my pain level was around a 3. I didn't get sick, and I took a nap and ate something. I seriously felt great. I went to sleep normally that night, and today I woke up and still feel really good! Just a bit tight and sore, but nothing unmanageable. Overall I had a great experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. I'm so glad that I did this.

POD2, feeling great!
I am very thankful that I've had such an awesome recovery so far, and I love them already. They are exactly what I wanted, and I can't wait to see more changes. I am super happy with how they look, especially for only 2 days! Minimal pain, able to move my arms and do basic things easily, and have had no bathroom problems that a lot of people warned me of. So happy!!

You look so great for only being on day 2! How excited are you to go bra/swimsuit shopping?

1 week, 2 days!
Had my stitches taken out yesterday! It was a bit earlier than he normally takes them out, so he put tape over my incisions to protect them. Love the size and can't wait for more changes! They are still sitting high, and on my left (your right, the bigger one) there is an invisible shelf that makes it look super flat on the bottom. I think they will be perfect!
