Incredibly Natural Result After Revision Rhinoplasty

Hello everyone. I feel it's my responsibility to leave a review as it was a review from RealSelf that brought me to this incredible surgeon. I have taken quite a lot of time in doing my research and very glad I found dr. Robotti. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon with a great taste for aesthetic and natural. My idea of natural is not a perfectly shaped tiny nose placed on top of your face, but a perfectly shaped nose that fits your features.

I am at three weeks post op and I am well aware there is still a long way to go until I will see my final result, but I tell you my nose already looks incredibly natural. I obviously still have some swelling but I can foresee the direction in which we're going.

I have never had any bruising at all which I found absolutely incredible for a secondary rhinoplasty with rib graft. The first three days were the worst for me, no pain whatsoever but the discomfort of something like a full blown cold. I was sneezing, I was swelling up (not a lot but enough to be told by my boyfriend that I look like a 70yr old Italian politician haha) , my throat was hurting me a bit from the tube I've had during the anaesthesia. But if you've ever had a bad cold, that's how far it goes. The rib area was pain free, and after three days I've gained my powers back and felt like from now on it's only going to get better. And so it was.

Dr. Robotti and his team (Dr. Leone and Dr. Barzoi) were all lovely and really helpful throughout the whole process. The hospital care was great, you wake up from the surgery with a cooling mask and a pressotherapy device on your legs which I took advantage of and kept it on throughout the whole night as it felt so good.
