Incredibly Happy with my Septorhinoplasty
UPDATED FROM PeachyPop
1 year post
12 months out, still very happy
WORTH IT
One year update: I'm every bit as happy with my result as I was in the early weeks after surgery. The biggest surprise has been how little I think about my nose now. Before surgery, I was constantly aware of my profile in photos, meetings, and daily life. Today it simply feels like my nose belongs on my face.
The result continued to refine throughout the year, my recovery was smooth and uneventful, and I have had no concerns that would make me consider revision surgery. Looking back, I'm especially grateful that Dr. Pontell respected my request for a conservative approach. The outcome is exactly what I hoped for, which is a better-balanced version of me, not a different person.
I was very nervous before surgery and spent a long time deciding whether to do it. A year later, I can honestly say I have no regrets and would make the same decision again.

Incredibly Happy with my Septorhinoplasty
I’m only 8 weeks post-op and I already love my results. My nose looks natural, fits my face perfectly, and I still look like myself -- just a more refined, balanced version. Friends, family, and coworkers haven’t noticed I had surgery, which is exactly what I wanted. Dr. Pontell really listened to my request for a conservative, natural approach, and delivered a beautiful, subtle change that doesn’t look “done.” I couldn’t be happier.
