WORTH IT
7 months post op and I could not be happier with my results. The look keeps getting better and better. No more tightness and all the feeling has come back in my face. No one has asked me if I have had a face lift but many have asked what skin products I use. I get a ton of compliments on my skin. .

Update! I am now 9 weeks post op
Nine weeks ago...not very long ago and I feel great. I still have some numbness but it gets better daily. I still cannot believe how great I feel. The recovery was super easy. The scars are healing nicely. I still have some swelling under my chin. My neck is great. I would do this again in a minute. I do not have any regrets.

You look amazing! Did you also have chhek lift, or did face-lift do that?? I live on South Shore though. Not sure how I'd be able to do it.
Thank you very much. No, I did not have a cheek lift. The high cheekbones are due to the facelift.
Your eyebrows are great as well. I am in the Boston area- do you mind if I ask who did them?

We are the same age---YOU LOOK AMAZING!!! I'm in the process of planning my facelift! I'm getting arm surgery in February so it will be next year. But, seeing your results gets me excited! I just cannot believe how much I have aged since my hysterectomy last year. Instant menopause. Instant aging. Ugh

Some before photos
Here are some before photos. I have hated my neck for a few years now and my jowls were really starting to bother me. I promised myself I would get a facelift before I was 55. I talked myself out of it a few times. During covid I thought a lot about it. I had two consultations. After my consult with Dr. Fechner I booked right away. One covid test, a check up from my Primary physician and three weeks later...Surgery

You look fantastic,there were some serious cuts made there and yet you seem to have no scars!
Than you so much. I was pretty nervous when I saw how many stitches there were. The scars are hidden so well. The biggest scars are behind my ears and under my chin. The other ones are barely visible and it’s only been 6 weeks

I read her review. I also read Dr. Fechners answer. Her review had no bearing on my decision to have Dr. Fechner perform my surgery. It’s unfortunate she didn’t get the results she wanted. She’s also 10 years older than I am so I can’t compare our results.
