Implant removal with breast lift - what can I do to fix this?

Implant Removal with Breast Lift
$11,000
I got breast implants in 2008. As time went on I got more comfortable with my body and decided I wanted them out. My surgeon told me I would need a breast lift since my skin has stretched out. It’s now June 19, 2020. It’s been 4 months since surgery. One nipple is much bigger than the other and I feel like he cut me uneven under my breasts, one of them is round and the other is cut straight. He said he would fix my nipple. I’m really worried about the underboobs being uneven. I really do not want implants ever again. What can I do to fix this?

Scar revision
Just got a scar revision on January 5. I got my surgery February 27, 2020... had to watch 8-9 months to heal fully. Then got a scar revision. Also had the shape of my breasts evened out. Now they look more alike. Getting laser in 2 weeks. I’ll post another photo in a few months. Very pleased with the last surgery!

Hey! Would you say you experienced any breast implant Illness while you had the implants? Thanks.

When he did my first set of implants he accidentally poked a hole into one of my implant and it ruptured. Felt a bit sick but he fixed it immediately. Other than that no. I don’t not recommend implants, they stretch your skin out and are heavy. So happy mine are gone!

These are looking great now! Those scars will fade with time... I’m having my implants removed and an uplift in a few weeks it’s scary bit good to see you can get a revision and a good result if you’re not happy. Thanks for posting.

Hello, What did your Surgeon do To “Even Out” the shape? Thanks

He had to cut off and redo both my nipples. He removed a lot of scarring and keloids. He did a “scar revision” it was a way quicker recovery than the last time. On Feb 2, 2021 I’m getting laser treatment on my scars. I’ll be reposting another pic in a few months!

Just wanted to post an updated pic since I had my ‘scar revision’ I got my scar revision January 5 2021. I have had 2 laser treatments. One in February and the last one in March. It was extremely painful. It is now May 11 2021. I will never recommend my plastic surgeon or a breast lift. I’m still not comfortable having sex without a bra on because I don’t want to scare anyone. I wish I accepted my body the way it was.

Looks 1000 times better after the laser treatment. Those barely noticeable scars will fade into almost non existence, with time. Be patient. You are your worst critic, like I was. You look wonderful! Stop worrying and enjoy your beautiful self! Olive Oil has healing properties, and will help scars and imperfections. I use it everyday.

I am about 3 months out and beside myself because when I ask him about the deformities, he flat out makes up stories. What he waits just doesn’t match up to what I can see with my own eyes.
Anyway, for what it’s worth, I think they look good but I definitely wish you well in getting the corrections you seek!
I just got my explant and lift last week - my surgeon knew I would be posting results, and she did a excellent job with both..I think it makes a difference if they know you will be posting about it.
