From the beginning, Dr. Jose Perez-Gurri was very sincere and direct with me. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Along with his obvious passion for his work, he made sure to take the time to listen to what I wanted and never made me feel rushed. Staff was professional, patient and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with my breast augmentation results!
I flew in for my surgery from out of state. In the months leading up to my surgery date, there were several times I called Monica, my aesthetic consultant, with questions. Whether it was about logistics or the procedure, she made sure all my questions were thoughtfully answered.
The day of surgery, all of the nurses made me feel so relaxed. The anesthesiologist, Alonso, was very good-humored and professional. I woke up from the anesthesia feeling like a baby elephant was sitting on my chest, but absolutely no nausea or pain - only slight discomfort from the pressure. The nurse who was there when I woke up was super sweet and gentle. I asked her for her name but I was so dopey at the time, I can't remember it - I think it was Angie. Again, I cannot stress enough how great the team at Imagos is!
After leaving the facility, I was able to eat normally right away. To avoid feeling sluggish, I went for short regular walks the day after and the following weeks. I stayed in town for about a week and then flew home. It's been almost two weeks since my surgery, and I feel great! Although I live a thousand miles away, I will refer my family and friends to him! The travel is worth it. If you want a beautiful and natural result, Dr. Perez-Gurri is the one to go to. Could not be happier.
