I had a baby 7/25/2014... August 2015 an Ideal Image commercial aired and I was HOOKED... I made an appointment immediately. When I went in we discussed what areas I would treat... Upper abdomen and inner thighs. Paid for the procedure and went in a few days later to start. That day the tech said I probably didn't have enough "fat" on my stomach to have it done... Another woman came in and she told her just to put the machine "over my belly button"... A couple of hours we were done... I left... Life went on... 1st month no change... 2nd month no change... 3rd month... You guessed it no change at all. To make matters worse I'm almost positive it made this area more "puffy"... I didn't go to my 3 month appointment one because I was mad... Secondly I was embarrassed. I hadn't gained or lost any weight... I should have at least showed so that the after picture could have been taken and I could have disputed this... Lesson learned... I should have saved myself $1700.

Tried to get policy...

So I have emailed Ideal Image multiple times asking for the contract I originally signed and got nothing SO I tried to contact them as a "new customer" and this was the conversation we had. They won't say anything through email. When I didn't agree to a consultation she stopped replying. I have had multiple plastic surgeons do consultations and or answer questions via email. Should I just go there?

Is just stop by and ask for a coy of your contract, they actually have to give you one. 25% is a pretty big claim for many people. Did they measure your BMI before the treatment?

No. They showed me some pictures and then she told me to lift my shirt and she pinched my stomach saying "yes you are a great canidate"... I feel beyond silly. I'm usually really good about things like these.

Oh jeez, well I think you got them, save that email unless they took a measuring of your BMI they don't have an original baseline so how could they be telling individuals they will loose 25% of their body fat. You have nothing to feel silly about. They are the ones that should feel silly.

That's not what they tell you.
They say 25% of the fat cells will be treated.
No one even measures BMI because it's not for weight loss.
