I am loving all the changes I am seeing, and at my next appointment I might get to go down to wearing each tray for a week instead of two. I would have 30 trays left ! So that would be awesome!!

I am also on Tray 8, so it sounds like we started about the same week. Now I have a fellow Invisalign Buddy. Yeah! Please keep the updates coming, since I can see progress with your teeth but cannot see them with mine since I stare at them everyday- LOL.

6 weeks in 3 trays down!

I'll be honest over Christmas I definitely didn't stick to my 22 hours a day! Woops all the parties and snacks got me! But I've returned back to good habits haha!
I go see my ortho Monday to get my next few sets of trays and I'm excited for him to see my progress. I'm not seeing much on my bottom teeth however I can feel floss going in easier between certain teeth and actually not at all between two of my teeth (which I hate) but I know it's part of the process. However on top im seeing a difference and I love it! Plus I can feel it when I do have my tray out I glide my toungue over my front teeth and can feel the difference! I honestly have not minded the trays at all! The first day of a new tray isn't great but it's not terrible.

Got my trays!!

I got my attachments and trays yesterday! They fit like a glove! Overall my attachments are pretty hard to see I have about 12 of them but most on my sides.
I will have 40 trays total so about a year and a half. It's been about 20 hours and my teeth are sore but not terrible, I had braces once already so I expected this pain. The hardest part for me is getting the dang things off! I'm so afraid I'm going to break off an attachment or something! Also my ortho didn't give me any chewies and im wondering why. Although we used scans and not molds to get my trays so they fit perfectly but part of me just wants to chew on SOMETHING! Also I barely have a lisp, I was nervous because even my bleach trays make me have a lisp but these barely do!

Use a home paper towel to take your trays off. They provide good traction and don't dissolve like kleenex or tissues. Grab hold of the back molar part of your trays and gently pull down moving around to the front and then the other side. Do the same on the bottom tray. I'm on Tray 13 and I still use a paper towel (home or commercial types) to remove trays easily. Good luck with everything and keep us posted! You will find this website very helpful particularly if things get a little tough . . .
