From setting up the appointment, to finding the building to checking in, it was all a very pleasant experience.This was my second time getting lip fillers so I was still a tad nervous . I spent a lot of time researching different places, but all of Heather Rypien's reviews were so great ( and accurate). She was very informative, very patient , KNEW HER STUFF, very personable & sweet. She just made the whole experience over all very calming for me. If you are looking to get lip fillers in the NY area , or if you even just need a good vacation go to NY and SEE HEATHER. She was even sweet enough to follow up with me the next day to make sure i was doing okay. My ONLY issue now is that she is too far away. P.S. Make sure to buy the gloss they sell there for aftercare, it is amazing !
