My experience with Dr. Lund was great.   Everyone is very professional, but they are also really nice people.  I first met Andrea and she put me at ease with her friendly attitude. 
 Dr. Lund is the same.  He can be really funny.  When it is time to talk about procedures though,  he is very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation.  I wanted some tightening of the cheeks and with his help...
