Not worth it - ended up paying almost $400

It was my third time here, the first time I was charged for The “1st time special” & I actually didn’t even know this until my 2nd visit when they charged me regular price of $175 for hydrafacial. In my 2nd visit I asked while checking out and making my next appointment if I could make an appointment for my husband to come with me next time and him receive the first time special price. The receptionist said “yes of course, he will have the $100 first time price”. I was so siked. I wanted to do something special for him. So, The day came & while paying for our (my husbands and I) hydra facials, it was a different receptionist & she said they stopped doing that first time special price. I was a bit shocked as I was told differently so I asked if there was a way that she could lock that price for me since this is what I was already told when i made the appointment. She was so rude and made me feel like I was trying to get free hydrafacials. She made me feel dumb and not important. It’s also the fact that she made me feel like I knew this when I didn’t. What if I didn’t have that extra money to spend because I’ve been saving up just to bring my husband one time. They don’t care about you. How would you like it if you went somewhere and they gave you one price and then said sorry it’s a lot more than that and who cares what you feel. I’m in business & my customers always come first, even if I lose money. I couldn’t believe it. She was so rude. I don’t mind honoring the price of a place but I was a repeat customer, I’ve brought people in as referrals and I was given one price. One promise that my husband would the first time special price. No, i don’t recommend this place! I ended up paying almost $400. I was not expecting this.
