What a Wonderful Human Dr. Lo Is!!!!!

I had received some poor treatment from a ‘doctor’ at a different Medspa a few months ago and when I tried to raised concerns regarding unexpected and horrible results of said treatment, I was gaslit and disregarded. I felt desperate for help and very unsure of what to do.

I spent a while searching for some S to help me and the same name kept popping up - Dr. Lo of YES medspa in Langley.

Having changed my original appointment dates 3 times due to nerves I quickly realized what a fool I had been. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Lo, I felt calm, I felt reassured, and above all else, I felt heard!! I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge and meticulous work!!! I trust him 100%.

It’s a sad reality that high standards and compassion are not natural traits in some people anymore but Dr. Lo has reminded me that there still remains some wonderful humans this life!!

The treatment I received from Dr. Lo corrected the botched work of the other doctor and I am very happy with the results!!! It took 2 visits, but each time he was fantastic…. Everyone will hear about him and I’ll be a patient of his for life!!! Thanks Dr. Lo.
