WORTH IT
Dr. Buchin was awesome spends a lot of time talking to me about surgery what to expect pre and post op. He answers questions thoroughly and precisely. I was very happy that my aunt recommended him and the sleeve. I struggled with obesity my whole life, but with this procedure and following the packet for what foods to eat, I am not struggling lately. I went through an amazing transformation thanks to my aunt and dr buchin.

I basically went from 233 now being 180. That was amazing. I eat small portions and learn to eat slowly with all types of food. The surgery took only an hour and was forever life changing. I only experience a mild discomfort after, but the same day experienced a lot of pain. I was lucky. I avoid many carbs like bread and chips altogether. This has helped a lot in loosing weight plus I exercise daily, and drink 64 ounces of water.

I lost like 53 pounds in 2 months in dec. and January right before surgery That was the fastest rate ever, then I lost another 20 after surgery in February and then March maybe another 5 pounds, then went to my doctor. The first 2 months are the quickest with weight loss due to a first 2 weeks liquid diet in end of December to January right before surgery. Does this help? Your welcome

It's never easy, but I keep trying and working hard and I still have like 30 more pounds to loose before 130. That is the goal weight. Hopefully I will get down there.

Hi everyone I'm now around 151. Doing well with my weight journey weight is coming off slowly but still shedding pounds only about 21 pounds from 130. I still exercise almost everyday. I have chicken or fish for lunch or dinner breakfast is scrambled eggs with cheese. I can start having oatmeal once a week with protein powder and exercise an extra hour. I have a picture below of the new me. I started at 223 or 230 at borderline diabetes and asthma. A lot of the asthma is gone but some allergies still to mites and seasonal allergies. No more being out of breath as much it's a miracle. Had my surgery on jan. 7th. Now we are at August 11th.
