One year later....
WORTH IT$26,000
Gained some weight not looking so hot. Back in the gym a few days a week. Finally not getting sick so much anymore. The scars take forever to heal they are just fading. I wish I would have never let myself go in the first place. Always make time for the gym or to dance.

2015/4/6 Check up
Went back to the doctors for my check up. I have been sick and struggling with the new job, school and being sick. I have not been exercising. I started again today. As of last week I finally started feeling better. He said I need to lose back down to the weight I was last time, but he seemed happy with my progression.

I'm okay thank you. In a bit of a messed up place re botched job yes but trying to file that somewhere else in the brain and focus on life :-). Still in my research phase for locking things down but will get there in the end. Really great butt b.t.w!

5'6 1/2 195ish. Around 178 gained a bit was down lower shortly after. Trying to start exercising again
I think you look very healthy. I got a full bum and it does take up my bulk of my weight. I'd love to see 145, but boy that seems impossible. Im at 164. 5'6". And being 61 doesn't help.

YOu look great! I hope I get good results too! I'm only talking off 2.5 off of work so I hope I heal fast and don't look bruised. Can you tells what hotel you user? Any suggestions on what to bring withe. I only live anout an hour away but will probably stay there a couple of days. I will stay overnight at the center. I'm going to try to do it all alone. I know yhat is crazy but I just hate gossip and am trying to avoid that drama. Also, I want to go ahead and buy the garment. I see you've used a few different kinds. What worked best for you? It is very scary. I had an English guy as my anesthesia logist see if you can get him. He was much more comforting and better bedside manner as my first one. Made me feel safer. Which doctor are you having?
Sorry your second comment appeared after. I stayed at the Hilton Garden in Charlotte north. They had a shuttle that would take me back and forth and great breakfast and customer service.
2.5 days or weeks? I would say at least 2 weeks are needed for recovery enough to appear normal I think I needed a little longer. What are you having lipoed?
Sorry. 2.5 weeks. I'm having my stomach area as well as my love handles and back fat. I'm starting to think about backing out of it. Getting nervous.

I'm not sure if you will need a funnel since you are not getting your legs done. But the first few days I could not sit to pee. I would bring large bandaids, bacitracin. Flip flops because your feet may swell. Also very loose fitting clothing.

3 months out
I missed my follow up on Monday due to the snow storm. I tried to sleep without my garment last night but it was very uncomfortable still. I'm supposed to go on my first cruise next month I am hoping I look better and my scars fade more by then. I still have a bump on my lower abdomen just over where the last tube was. My left knee still has a bump on the inside as well. I also have a swollen lymph node Just behind my left knee. Overall I'm happier I'm not so fat but I was aiming for perfection and the two bumps really bother me. I just started working out harder this week. Between the new job and school I was pretty wiped out. I hope you all are doing well.

Girl you look amazing!! You would sooo rather have a few bumps here and there than have more fat everywhere. You have some of the best results I have seen! And your butt looks great, like a nice little round bubble butt. Don't be so hard on yourself!
A cruise sounds like a fun goal to workout hard and have a fun something to look forward to!
I just started doing Jillian Michaels 7 week shred dvd on top of my normal cardio, it is crazy hard but really good if you have a short goal to get in shape for.

My next surgery is next week already! I had a baby, healed from that, had surgery, healed from that, will have another surgery and will be ready to just live life for awhile! I'm over healing!!! Haha
Norwegian getaway. It's my first time with people I only met once. It's kind of terrifying. You are so brave to go through all this especially with kids. . I can't wait to see how it goes. :)

Thanks Jill I really appreciate it. I think a lot is the stress of wearing a bathing suit in front of people. Scared they may notice.

Don't sweat it! I doubt anyone will notice and if they do they won't know what the scars are unless they have done it themselves. Depending on your swimsuit I doubt they will really be too visible or obvious anyways. Keeping them out of the sun is a good idea too so they don't darken.
