now that's its been 8 months since I had the lifestyle lift, I am obsolutely disgusted......My neck, ears, and both sides of my face are numb. I know I have radical nerve damage, thanks to these so called plastic surgeons....They are taking us all for a ride , stealing our money and running. I can't get in touch with my doctor, no matter what I try.
At first I was satisfied with my looks and what I was told.....but it doesn't get any better...it gets worse. Please somebody help us. I am not able to do anything, but I would try to do all I could........

Experiencing numbness in my face and neck after eight months. The nerves in my face are not the same. They have a weird feeling.I am really disappointed that I am still having problems after I thought I was doing so well. Hopefully this will also go away . I advise that anyone considering this surgery ( Lifestyle Lift) really give the consequences a lot of thought and weigh the good and the bad.

Had the Lifestyle Life and platysmaplasty procedures on October 31, 2008 at the Maitland, Florida office. Before my first follow-up appointment, face was drooping. Was told by Dr. Filiberto that the procedure should last for a lifetime, and he agreed that the procedure should be performed again and corporate headquarters approved a corrective procedure. The office manager told me that they would charge me $500.00 for the platysmaplasty. When I advised her that I had already paid $500.00 for the platysmaplasty, she then changed the addiditonal $500.00 charge to "facility fee", which I refused to pay. I wrote a letter to Dr. Frank Filiberto, Maitland, Florida Lifestyle Lift office, certified mail, requesting that he call me to discuss this. It has been 2 years, and I have not heard from him or his office. Finally got tired of trying to correspond with them and gave up, which they were counting on, I'm sure. They have no intention of correcting their mistake which costs me $4,500.00. Still have numbness on both sides of my face and a small knot behind my left ear. Please do not pay these people in cash. Had I charged for this procedure on a credit card, would have had the option to refuse payment. I'm sure there are good, honest doctors who perform successful surgeries. Unfortunate for me, I got the rotten apple!!

It has been 6 months since I had the lifestyle Lift. My husband and I are still
pleased with the results. A few small problems, but they are slowly diminishing.
I have posted a new picture. I still rate Dr. Diaz five stars excellent.

Wow, I'm sorry Marion4115 closed her account. Wonder what made her do that? Happy then unhappy? What's up with that then closing the account. she seemed pretty adement... Ladies be aware that this surgery may be damaging to your face.
Marion4115, I kind of see what happened... evidently you were originally happy, but as time went on you became unhappy due to tingling of the face, itching, nerve damage, etc -- MUCH LIKE many other women who have posted here before. What happend to make you close your account? Please don't let anyone bully you into this. LSL has done this to many women, in-so-far as the itching, nerve damage scars and much more. I am sorry to see you go and wish you would reconsider. What ever you decide to do, please remember that every time that you warn a person against this company, you are saving them from having to suffer through what you are going through right now. Dear EE... I underwent the LSL and the entire redo by a unrelated board certified facial plastic surgeon on my dime and I can say honestly, my recovery time was much better on the redo. I do believe that it does make a difference being in a sterile environment (gram negative) and this information which is very important is not brought into view until something goes wrong. You absolutely get what you pay for, choose carefully and do your research. Best, Chrystal.
