Microneedling Destroyed my Skin... Dr. Did Not Care and Said It Was Because of my Acne Scars That Caused It.

I have got 6 microneedling treatments with in one year by a esthetician in the doctors office, and they were spaced about a couple months apart. I first noticed track marks on my face and thought that they would eventually go way and they didn’t. It was not until my last microneedling treatment that I started to really pay attention to the changes in my face. I had pitted acne scars but I did not have any fine lines on my face. I now have large pores and fine lines going down my cheeks. I also have Crepey skin on the lower half of my cheeks and have lost a substantial amount of fat under my eyes. I talked with the esthetician multiple times about my concerns and she kept saying microneedling did not cause it. I came in and spoke with the doctor and he completely belittled me and told me there was no way that microneedling caused this. I told him the esthetician said the needle might be broken but she continued with the procedure. After I shared this information with Dr. Eberbach, he told me to stop talking about Joyelle, the esthetician like that and get to the point. He was so rude and careless. He also had the receptionist in there writing down what I was saying.
