Congrats on your decision to get a breast augmentation! There are several reasons why this is a difficult question to answer, first I'm not a plastic surgeon and don't really understand the whole measurement thing. And second, it's really gonna boil down to personal choice, what you would like your outcome to be and what your body will be able to carry. I got my BA at the end of September, I was a 34 B to start, I got Sientra 440cc high profile smooth rounds... I'm also close to 5'7" and around 130lbs. My implants are submuscular and I am now a 34D to 34 DD... I would recommend finding wish pictures and showing them to you PS, I know bandwidth also changes cup size so please keep this in mind. For instance, I recently bought a bra that is a 36 C & fits great, but once I go for a 34 it has to be a D... Wish I could be of more help. I was told by my PS that every 200 CC's will take you up about one cup size, but if they're going under the muscle you will lose about 40CC's. Best of luck :-)

Go bigger. Everyone says it down the track

I have known Dr E for years he wants what you want and what looks best for your frame . That's what all the measurements he does with the 3D enhancement helps give you an idea of what your result will be . I think your in good hands and even at the last minute if you have questions or concerns ask . Well wishes , looking forward to seeing your beautiful results !

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op with Dr E...I wanted the same result-fullness n I went with 391on he right n 421 on the left. I was super concerned with being "too big" for the look I was trying to achieve n contemplated the size the week before, went back in n they say down with me to make sure I was at ease n confident with my decision just 5 days before surgery. I'm super happy with my results so far! I did down keep the original size that I wanted from the 3D imaging, Dr E. Suggested 421 n 450 on the other, I thought these "numbers" sounded hug according to friends that I've spoken to whom had on average 350's but I kinda wish I stood by his suggestion...it's what people call "boob greed" lol....I like the breast that has the bigger implant ...trust the doc he knows what he's talking about :)
