I work out 3 times a week but don't have time to live in the gym. I got Vaser high def lipo on my abs, lipo on my flanks, and lipo on my hips on 7/20/16. I'll post more pics each week. The lymphatic massages by Ruby have helped so much with the swelling. The drain tubes have been in for 7 days and will be removed tomorrow. The tubes are uncomfortable but easy to manage. All the nurses esp Kathy have been great with making sure I'm not in pain and have meds.

This is what my abs looked like before. They had a thick layer of adipose tissue over ab muscles and no matter how many sit ups or cardio I did, this was as flat and toned as I could get working out 4 hours a week in the gym.
