You really look fantastic! And trust me when I say I wish I was as tiny and curvy as you are. Of course, I just crammed a bazillion Doritos down my throat..... ugh - not sure why I did that. lol What are the tattoos on your thighs? I don't have any ink there yet..... makes me think. ;-D

LOL about the doritos...I ate fast food today (which I rarely do). Thanks for the sweet words. I have a bluebird surrounded by other traditional motifs on each thigh.

Thank you for your post! Mt PS said I would likely have a vertical scar too. I've been searching and searching to see what the outcome would look like. You look great!

I just want to say, you are pretty damn hot. I am 33 and looking into breast reduction. Your photo's make me significantly more interested. I haven't exactly had the most enlightening experience on this site since i joined. but you are looking excellent and have given me hope!

PO Day 24

Slowly, but surely, I'm gtting back to work and getting a little straighter. I'm still tender and sore and needing Advil or Tylenol 3 every day. I'm sleeping more flat too. My tummy is swollen above my incision but the fluid that was there seems to have gone. Normalcy still seems like a million years away but I know it WILL come. :)

PO Day 18

My stitches are out but I'm still swollen. There is a small accumulation of fluid around my TT incision in the center but the doc seems to think it is small and will resolve itself. I can't fit into all of my clothes because of the swelling but I think that's totally normal so I'm not worried.

I was worried that she made my nipples too low but she assures me that they will rise and I stand up straight and my skin stretches out. Oh, how I wish I could stand up straight!!! I'm so tired of the pulling feeling and my back hurts from hunching over. All in time, all in time...

I had my saline implants removed for silicone and I love the way these feel! They are so much more natural feeling, and lighter! I also had them reduced by 50cc so they are a tad smaller. The scars around my nipples are so thin and I'm really happy with that.

Other than that, I miss working out and my poor husband is getting tired of bearing the heavier weight of the household responsibilities but that too will pass.

You sexy Mamacita! I like the way your boobs are. I like how they are close but have a natural slope in the middle. It's early but mine seem far apart. They were before, of course, but with the implants and being hard, they don't move together in a sports bra. Maybe that will change when they settle. You look awesome and are gonna have perfect results!

Thank you! My first set of implants (12 years ago) were saline and were further apart. Part of this surgery was reconstructing the breast pocket to insure they stay closer together. She did all kinds of inner stitching on the sides to basically pin them in place laterally.

U look great. Your bb is small. Looks perfect.

Thank you! You know, when I first saw it, i was worried it was TOO small. Now that I'm less swollen, and the scabs inside it are gone, I'm feeling better about it. Thanks for the reassurance!
