I have not had the procedure yet but i am planning to get TT and BBL done. Ive had 3 c sections and a Tubal Ligation so im done with children. Im 5ft 155lbs. Just had some questions... is getting the procedures worth it? How was your experience? From Houston, TX. How was your Recovery? Did the results last?

Welcome to the community.  I can speak for the tummy tuck, and yes 100% worth it.  My best advice would be to allow for plenty of recovery time.  Do not think you are going to be back up and normal after a month.  This is a long recovery that required patience.

Have you had your procedure done? Any pictures? I am currently looking for a Dr. in Houston for a tummy tuck and BBL. Are you happy with the procedure? Would you recommend Dr. Mentz ?

These photos are now and I have lost 15lbs so far was 172 now 157 (planning to lose a bit more and to maintain my weight) happy but not happy about my flabby saggy tummy I have, nothing looks good on me and I am ready to get back my flat tummy! This will definitely boost my confidence and not feel so down about myself. Ready to go down a new path.

How did you lose all that weight prior to surgery?? Mine is scheduled for April 6 and I want to lean down as much as possible. I have really focussed on clean eating, but feel I need to move my body more too! Appreciate any helpful tips.

I walked/jogged for 6 days a week. Ate clean foods most days (I did have random cheat days). Ate no more than 1200 calories a day and I did intermittent fasting. Hope that helps.
