Back from vacation
It has been by about one and a half months since my procedure. Incision site is really healing well. I'm still having swelling daily, especially by the end of the day. I swell even more when I work out. I eat pineapples daily but don't see much difference glad I like pineapple. Had a couple of weeks with no exercise not eating healthy due to vacation but I'm back on track. I will be going in next week for my next follow up appt. Will keep you all posted. Here are some pics from today.
Almost 1 month
Had 2nd post op visit today. It went well. No more restrictions!!!! Whoohooo! Dr. Sato told me I should be massaging my scar. I was told to use a mixture of Mederma, hydrocortisone & silicone gel on my scar so I will begin that regime today.

4. Weeks Post Op
Today is 4 wks post tt w/lipo of the flanks. There is definitely a difference from pre-procedure. Still have swelling. I haven't worn my cg since Sunday. I'm sleeping in my bed just waking up during the night. The biggest thing is that I find myself stretching my body throughout the night. Almost like a cat stretches. It scares me when I stretch like that because I'm afraid of "popping " something a loose. I'm posting pics up through today. I have my second post op with my ps on tomorrow. I have some questions.

Dr. Sato is very personable, friendly & professional. She explains the process step by step & answered all of my questions. We also talked about our family vacations. I'm really looking forward to her performing my procedure. Just a follow up post procedure. Dr. Sato is very in tuned to her patients. Anytime I had an issue or concern, she responded immediately. The office staff was very friendly and we're very good with communicating any changes and addressing my needs. They are an awesome team.
