Hello RS, I've been stalking this website for some...
$3,000
Hello RS,
I've been stalking this website for some time now. Trying to make up my mind about what procedure to do first and how to do it. Well my first interest was BBL, that was before my 3rd child. Well, that went out the window because now, I'm at a weight I don't want to be, never never never seen before and I want this weight off. My second procedure was a TT. I figured why spend all that money on getting that done, when I need to lose the weight first. I never had a problem with working out or eating right. I just wasn't discipline enough to keep at it. IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE. AND THAT CHANGE IS NOW!! Well, I've decided to have a Sleeve Gastrectomy done. The Doctor I've chosen is Dr. Fleix Speigle of Houston, TX. Yes, I've done my research on him, couple of my coworkers had the procedure done, So I'm GAMED! I've already had my EGD done, PERFECT! Now I'm awaiting insurance approval in which I know it's covered by my insurance so IT'S THE WAITING GAME! MEANWHILE CHECK OUT MY PHOTOS. I already know what some of you might say "you don't need that, your not fat" blah blah blah. Look I'm one many or few who carry their WELL AND WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE. but this weight has to come off. My weight at my consultation was 230.00, this was about 2 weeks ago..

6 days pre
insurance approval
I finally got a phone call from my case manager regarding insurance approval of the procedure so I'm scheduled for pre op on Monday and scheduled for my procedure on Thursday I'm super excited I'm ready to start this journey I know that theres probably going to be some hardships at first with the food but I know as long as I can keep focus and be determined and disciplined I know I can overcome it. I know some of you are like thats super duper fast but he's going to be going out of town after next week so I won't be able to get in until October and so my birthday is in November so I definitely want to lose some weight before my birthday so that's why I opt in to have the procedure next week.

Best wishes. Hopefully you will learn how to eat properly and exercise/walk. Because the surgery isn't a magic wand, it's a tool and you must ultimately do the work in the end and could gain the weight back if not committed to a lifestyle Change . Remember, that procedure comes with side effects. However, you must do what you feel is in your best interest. Stay strong and best wishes to you. BTW, yes you do carry your weight well and do not look bad. However, you know where you have come from in terms of weight and its your body that you must live with.

Yes I do realize that this a tool and i must do the work. I'm willing able and committed. Thanks

4 days pre
liquid diet
Well today is the day I'm going to start my liquid diet. I was told to start monday which is my pre-op date. It would have only given me 3 days to be on it. I seen and read others being on their diet for 5-14 days. I did pig out yesterday. Y'all wish me luck!

Good luck! I've been on my liquid diet since Wednesday. I was told not to eat anything except on the liquid list or my surgery would be
canceled.

Oh wow! Are you or did you have any headaches or mood swings from being on it?

No, I've been drinking the protein drinks, and getting my 90 grams in each day. Also, drinking plenty of water and the sugar free drinks they said were allowed. I
Broth is also allowed, sugar free jello, sugar free pocycles are also allowed. The day before surgery, is supposed to be clear liquids. I have went to the store and have bought those to take with me, as I'm going to Decatur.
I did find small packets of peanut butter protein powder that I have added to the chocolate protein drinks, to add variety. Because the ones I bought were in a package that wouldn't freeze and burst, they taste better almost frozen.
