hey everyone! just wanted to update you all on my progress. Well I weighed in on Friday for my 2month post op visit and I'm happy to report that I am a whopping 191.00 lbs. YES BOOBOO!!! I'm getting there. TYJ. I'm losing more inches than anything and I can tell in my clothing. I'm in a size 13-14. I tried on a 12 and to my surprise I got in a twelve. IKR!! I'M EXCITED TOO!!!! LOL. I'm still taking my vitamins everyday. still eating the same ol' foods. I went to eat out a couple days ago with my friends and was pissed because everyone pigging out and finishing their food and here I am "4 bites and I'm stuffed" at times like that is when I hate my stomach. but I love it at the same time. lol. we have a love-hate relationship. lol. I'm happy everyone! I feel good I look good. not to mention My birthday is coming up November 27th and who is going to party....is ME!!!! lol. Well, everyone stay blessed and until my next update take it easy.

Pigging out is what got us so big to begin with. Don't ever be mad you can't eat like that or you will go back to the way you were!!

It feels so good to be in onderland again y'all I've been missing these numbers for a while now. I know I haven't been on here in a minute but I've been working and trying to work out and getting my life together, but I'm taking the time out my Sunday to update ya'll on my progress.I have been eating regular healthy foods. I've nren eating chicken breast fish shrimp vegetables. I'm still drinking my protein shakes when I'm not able to get into an adequate amount of protein a day from food. I'm still doing the premier protein shakes or i'll alternate it with the meal replacement shakes from GNC. like I said I have been working out at Planet Fitness I'm getting in at least an hour whenever I can and when I can't get to the gym I definitely try to utilize some home exercises. everyone is different so whats working for me may not work for you but you know it's always good for other people to read about the things you're doing;and how you going about meeting your goal weight. I'll keep you updated and informed. I don't go back to the doctor, I believe for another week or so for my month checkup. I'm hoping to be at least in the lower 190s by the time i go back for my follow up. I'm currently 195.

@deedee281 it's the small milestone that goes a long way. Keep up the good work. I can't want to get back in the gym and this is mainly for strength.
