After researching MANY doctors online, i made the decision to travel to Houston.
I called the office and spoke with his wonderful and informative staff and set up a consult on Skype. From my first conversation I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to do my procedures. The very next day I booked the dates for both my surgeries. I was sent all the information for my surgery as well as a recommendation for a amazing hotel. The Staybridge suite was more than I could of hoped for. The room was equipped with a full kitchen, free laundry, hot breakfast as well free shuttle for shopping for food or garments needed after surgery. The hotel also had a wheelchair so getting to and from your room after surgery was very easy. The best part was the special price $99.00 a night.
My first of the 2 surgeries was booked for May 7, I flew into Houston (4 hr flight) May 5, met my amazing Surgeon the morning on the 6, and was ready for surgery the next day. For my tummy tuck I stayed in the hospital 1 night , then off to my hotel. The surgery went very smoothly and I was ready for some rest.
With 1 week of recovery under my belt i was ready for my Ultimate Breast Lift that was booked for May 14. This was day surgery and i was back in my room by 5:00, again the surgery went very smooth.
I can not convey how pleased I am with my decision to have Dr. Horndeski, do my surgeries. From our first meeting on Skype, to my last visit before flying home I felt that he understood how important this was and what it meant to me.
I am now 4 weeks (tummy tuck) and 3 weeks ( breasts) post operative, and i could not be HAPPIER!! My flat tummy is more than I could of hoped for and my breasts are amazing, they look better than when i was 20 ( I am now 44). The care and attention that i was given by Dr. Horndeski and his incredible staff was more than I could of dreamed.
I want to let everyone, especially here in Canada know that leaving to have surgery done in the USA was the best decision. The techniques that Dr. Horndeski used for both surgeries is not what is being used here, and the results are so incredible.

I am also from Canada and thinking about traveling to the USA for a mommy makeover. I'm wondering what you did for follow-up appointments after you were back in Canada. How long did you stay in the US for? I'm hoping to only stay for 10 days.
