43 Yrs Old with 3 Kids

After much research looking for a doctor in Houston, TX and Colombia I have decided to stay in the US and have my surgery with Dr. Robert Steely this Thursday 9/7. ?I have had saline implants for 21 years with no problems but Im afraid one will pop on day then I will urgently have to have surgery. I was considering going to Bogota Colombia because I wanted fat transfer to ?my booty and doctors here were telling me I didn't have enough fat but somehow over there I did? kind of scary. I am getting a removal of implants, lift and silicone put in. Also reducing my areola size that got huge after kids and uneven. I have always had a wide waste, that is where I can weight. So Im getting an umbilicus tummy tuck since I don't have a lot of extra skin Im also getting lip in my abs and all over my back. Very excited.

I had my surgery last Thursday and it lasted around 7 hours (wow). I am not going to lie the first days are extremely painful and I have a high threshold. I stayed 1 night in the hospital, if your doctor says that is optional you definitely want to do it. I can't imagine going home that night. I've had a lot of swelling and in my arm and face. I have been sleeping in a recliner which is a big help. Today I saw the doctor and it is looking awesome. My breast are starting to get in a normal shape except they are still very pointy. They said I had 510 cc of saline and they put 550 cc of silicone. I wanted to be the same size. I have 2 drains coming out of my pubic area which I call my "man balls" Thursday they are suppose to take them out and I think I'll feel much better once those are gone. I will soon post some pics I just haven't had the energy to do that yet.
