38, 3 Kids, 190lb Ready for a Makeover!

Slow and steady wins the race!! Just a little update showing my progress for October to now! I doing a keto diet, working out three times a week with CG and running three times a week! I promise I’ll take some scare pictures soon!!

Finally some before and after pictures I got from my surgeon and WOW what a difference! These result did not just come from surgery, I had to work hard afterwards with dieting and working out. Please don’t think having this surgery is a weight lost surgery. Their is so much work still to be done after when you are approved by surgeon, but it’s totally worth it! Just wanted to keep it real with you ladies who are looking into have this kind of surgery done. I started off at 198..I lost a little over 10lbs before surgery and weighed 186 before I went back for surgery. After surgery I weighed 179. I pretty much stayed in that range during recovery. Once I was approved to start working out after my revision which was 6 months after my main surgery was done, I went in hard. I started working out, running and eating better. I now weigh 160 and plan to lose about 10 more pounds! I went from a size 16 to now wearing a size 4. My bra size went from a 38 C to a 34 DDD. My thighs no longer rub which is a huge plus because that always bothered me when I wore swimsuits and dresses. I’m still doing scar treatment during the day and just started a skin bleaching gel at night for the dark scars to fade some. Like I always say, I’m absolutely in love with my body and self again and have no regrets at all.

Getting my Mommy makeover was one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I feel amazing and beautiful again! My sex life has sky rocketed with the hubby which has also made my marriage better! I got a new job teaching Gymnastics (something I’ve always wanted to do) and I just feel all around great! Everything has healed beautifully! I love my breast so much and they are the perfect size ???? Here are a few photos I have on hand, but will take some photos of my scars later and will do some side to side photos to show the difference! Dr. Chang is one amazing surgeon and has made me feel like a new woman! I could never thank him enough for he amazing work he has done!
