I already have my surgery date, I went to my first appt., and decided to do my boobs and tummy, I been planing this for years and finally is here!, I am scared, exited, and curious about everything.....oh my gush I really hope I am doing the right decision !!!
I have 1 month and 1 week to prepare for my surgery, I am trying to eat healthy, I start to take multivitamins once a day, and also a little of cardio work out. I'm getting my house organized And clean, and looking for all the information that I can get. Please I need your advice :)

The count down start 1 month for the new me!
The date is getting closer and I am very happy, my husband is being an amazing support!, I am working in my supplies list , I bought me a bike to work out outside and spend fun time with my kids. I had all my check ups done ( oh my gush my first mammogram was painful!!! ) and starting my weight watchers plan., but the most important thing is......getting mentally and Spiritually ready! So all my fears and bad emotions are getting release by spending quality time in prayer and reading a devotional. I learn today that God has amazing plans for us, that He want to bless us and love us, He wants the best for us!....so make sure that in all you process the first thing in your list should be Him ;)
