A Few Days Shy of My 2 Months Post Op
Well my Realself Friends; I am just a few days shy of my 2 months Post Lipo... I had to reschedule my Doctor's appt due to the horrible flood/weather that we are experiencing here in Houston, Tx. Everything is going ok, I guess.. I am doing my workout/cardio as advised by my doctor. I am swelling on/off in the mist of as he said that I would. From time to time when I am moving around, it feels like my skin is pulling off of my flesh (ouch)... Other than that, I have been fine. Here are a few before and after photos until I meet with my Doc for additional updates..
6 Weeks 1 Day Post Op
Today makes 6 weeks and 1 day since I've had my lipo of the stomach, hips, flacks, and inner thighs. I can not complain ! My waist measurement was a 40 prior to d lipo; today I measured at 32. There are still some swelling and tenderness, a large sum of stretch marks.
I started my workout/cardio.. I have quite a bit ways to go (my body and swelling seem to be moving/decreasing at it's own pace)... But it is surely looking better than before (so far so good) !! Here are a few of today's Pics !

1st Outing experience since my liposuction 5 wks ago
Yesterday was the very first time that I've had an outing (other than work/desk job) since my liposuction 5 weeks ago. It was important that I have dinner and a movie date with my son(s).. Although, I am still swollen and tender, i got dressed w/o any garments and went on my date... Halfway thru our movie, I started to feel very uncomfortable -- abdominal was very tender to touch and I was feeling heavy (as if I had swelled back up)... I could hardly drive us home (approx 15 min away)..... I was excited getting out of the house- this was the first time in years that I could tuck my shirt inside of my pants and felt good about....
My question is: Was my experience normal (to feel that uncomfortable without the garment) ?
