I'm almost 1 month post op. I just went down from a 2XL to an XL..
Will have my second massage tomorrow..I'm excited...still eating clean, drinking water; up to a 2 mile walk and a short sprint.

What does your compression garment look like? Mine is horrible i cant wear it very long at all. Wearing the abdominal binder with periods of rest. My stomach seems hard 8 days post op

No just lipo...i just ordered a smaller compression garmet..to keep my abdomen compressed
