Ive decided on Dr. Patronella in Houston, Tx.
He is so calming attentive and realistic. Ive

Push yourself to lose some weight before your surgery. It seems so far away, next thing you are going in for your surgery. You will have a better outcome if you can even take a few ponds off. Good luck.

Hi! I had my abs, flanks and inner thighs done too. I was a size 14 before and will be very happy to be a comfortable size 12 when my final results are realized. You're tall so you can carry the extra pounds. You're going to be beautiful! My advice is to strengthen your arms because you're going to be using them like crazy to lift yourself when you get up and down! :)

be careful about the TV dinners (if they're for you) because they are usually VERY high in sodium and that will make your swelling much worse. I ate high fiber cereal after my procedure and that worked pretty well because I love cereal and it also helped with constipation (which is really horrible if you take pain pills). I also drank Atkins shakes but there are other nutritious shakes that are also good.
