After having a HORRIBLE experience with another...
After having a HORRIBLE experience with another doctor in Houston, Dr. Yarish has restored my faith in plastic surgeons! For those of you who followed my previous experience, I have included a link for you in the other post so that you can read through this review. Dr. Yarish deserves his own, separate review because he has been AMAZING from the moment my husband and I consulted with him, through surgery, and into post operative care! He and his staff are a night and day difference from the original surgeon, and I am so lucky to have chosen him to correct my lips!
Dr. Yarish removed the old upper lip implant that I had been living with, and put in totally new upper and lower 5mm Permalip implants. Unlike last time, the swelling was less than 1/2 I experienced the first go 'round, and I had no bruising except for a tiny bit on the inside of the lower lip that only I could see by shining a flashlight down on it. In addition, the suturing was impeccable and it is 100% clear that Dr. Yarish is an artist in what he does! It hasn't even been a week and my lips are FABULOUS!!!! I couldn't ask for them to look any more perfect...swelling is mostly down (upper is still a tiny bit swollen) and sutures are out! In addition to non-visible sutures on the inside corners of the mouth, he made some small sutures in the middle of the lips to keep the implants perfectly positioned while the first week of healing took place...and this technique works! To any of you out there looking for a WONDERFUL PS in Houston to do this procedure...I highly recommend Dr. Yarish. This time 7 months ago I was in pain, horribly swollen, could barely open my mouth, and could already visibly see issues with my lip implants - this time, with Dr. Yarish, after 5 days I'm almost back to normal :)

Dr. Yarish and his entire staff are AMAZING!!!! From the moment my husband and I walked in we felt welcomed and, I can't really describe it, but the aura of the people in the office is so positive and caring! All of my questions were answered, and Dr. Yarish and his staff spent as much time with me as I needed. I never felt rushed! Also, if there was something I forgot to ask, or thought about later, responses to my questions were always followed up very quickly! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Yarish!!!
