A few years ago my earring tore through my ear...
A few years ago my earring tore through my ear lobe. I had it repaired by a doctor in which I was not pleased at all with the end result and still was NOT able to wear earrings. After some research I made an appointment with Dr. Reis to fix my ear once and for all. The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and professional. Dr. Reis took the time to look over my ear, explain to me what it looks like now, what it will look like during and the end result! I went ahead and did the repair immediately after my consultation. During the procedure he took the time to have a conversation with me and make me feel comfortable as he is slicing away at my ear lobe! He even re-did a stitch because he was not happy with the way it looked! I went in a week later to have my stitches removed by a nurse since he was in surgery. I must say I was taken by surprise when I received a phone call from the office after I left by Dr. Reis himself asking me how everything went and if I had any questions, comments and filling me in on a little after care before I get my ears pierced again. Dr. Reis truly does care about his patients. I am so happy with my decision to get my ear fixed and I am even more grateful that it was by a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work! I highly recommend Dr. Reis!
