A little about me...... I am 34 year old, 5'4" and 115 pounds. I developed early, too early and by the time I was a freshman in HS I was wearing a 34C. At the age of 16 my breasts were perfect! I wish I had a picture of them then.... but back then you didn't take pics of your breasts in HS on your phone ;) All I had was a pager.... HA! Ahhhhh, the 90's! Well, I have also fluctuated in weight over the years. I have weighed in at 105-125 in my 20's and then I put on 30 pounds with my 1st kid and 33 with my second kid. The weight came off easy with my 1st kid and not as easily with the 2nd. My breasts were HUGE while I was pregnant and nursing. We're talking an E in cup size! That was massive for my frame. Right now, I am very fit and active and have lost the baby weight. I feel great, but when I look in the mirror, the breasts I use to have aren't there anymore. Sad, saggy breasts are staring back at me and I no longer feel like the confident woman I use to be while being intimate with my husband. I want to feel sexy naked again.
My surgeon has been picked after consulting with 4 surgeons and my surgery date is a little over a month away. I want to be perky and fuller up top, but not too big. Something natural looking for my frame size. I currently wear a 34C, but I'm completely bottom heavy in my breasts and I want some upper pole fullness. A lift alone won't give me the upper pole fullness I desire so I'm considering 200-250cc's. I would like to be a 34D, but I don't want anything bigger than that. I would not be happy with a DD on my frame. My surgeon had originally suggested 250 mod profile plus silicone under the muscle, but the exact size will be discussed and decided on in my pre-op appointment. Here are a couple of pics pre-op.

Hi. Do you by any chance know what your bwd is? Our stories and pre op size are similar. I have surgery scheduled for February 4th and I am still undecided. I can go with a large implant without lift, or lift with smaller. Are u having a lift as well?

I believe my BWD is 12. I checked out your pics and it looks like you aren't in need of as much of a lift as me, so that's good ;)

Thanks. My doctor suggested no lift, but with a 520cc hp implant. I was so excited when he told me the bl wasn't necessary, but now after reading soooo much on Realself I am not sure. I am already quite big already and don't want to be too big after, just fuller on top. My bwd is 13.5 so to go hp or UHP I have to increase the cc's. Are you getting a lift? What type?

Yes, I knew I absolutely needed a lift. I believe it will be an anchor lift. My main goal is to be perkier, not bigger. A little bigger, just not a lot.

I will.... I wish I could have found somebody with my size body and similar chest on here, but no luck. I have found lots of women with amazing results though! Hope my before and afters help. 13 more days.....

I am in the same situation I'm right now a 36d sometimes dd I'm getting my bl with implants feb 5th
I want to be almost the size I am now just with that upper pile fullness I have lost the plumpy volume I once had its as if I'm flat chested but big weird anyway I don't know what cc's told get my surgeon recommends 300 cc's but I'm afraid I'll be too big what do u think? I feel that once I get the bl I'll list cup size so maybe a small implant can make up what I lose I'm just so confused I don't know what to do I'll be following your story

I hear you.... I'm worried the 225 won't be enough; however I think I'd be more concerned if I thought I would be too BIG. I've stressed to my PS that I don't want to be huge, and that my goals are PERKIER & YOUTHFUL. Yes, I want some extra volume of course, and I've showed him a lot of wish pics, so I've got to go with what he says. He's the expert after all. Good luck with your surgery! Ughhh so nerve wrecking well I will see my doctor again and this time I will bring wish pics with me I've seen in the 3d imaging but can't really see if it's hige you know but we will see I'll keep u posted and I hope everything goes perfect for u and that we ne Happy with our results :)

I think you look lovely even now, but your pic with the thumbs down made me laugh. I've got similar stats and wishes as you... I'm 5'4"... 110... and a 32D. In a bra, I like the size just fine. But at 45 and a bunch of kids, I need a lift and maybe a small implant. Good luck to you!! I can't wait to hear how it goes! I bet you'll look amazing!

I went to my pre-op appointment last week and it went really smooth. I was really nervous at first; however I left feeling super excited. When I went in to my pre-op my breasts were very swollen since I was about to start my cycle. That is probably why my PS went down to a 225cc mod + suggestion. I went in and showed him my wish pics since I never had before and that is what he said. I'm trusting that he is making the right call in size. :) I know 225 sounds on the small size, but that's what we're going with. Also, I went in the day after I had to get antibiotics for a viral infection. PS said that I should be fine and clear plenty of time before my surgery date.

Exciting! I ended up going a little bigger at the last minute at my pre-op appt b/c I would lose 25cc with them under the muscle. So I went from 275 to 300, silicone mod plus, and at almost 3wks PO I'm very happy.

Oh ok so u lose as size under muscle? That's interesting ok cool I'll take that into consideration as I make my decision then he was going under muscle for me as well, what was your size b4 and after Twin_McMom

You look great from your pics.... I think the 300cc's are great on your frame! I've been questioning the 225cc in my mind now. I may bump the back up to 250 (not that 25cc's is a big difference at all). My issue is that I get so swollen every month.... there is a big difference so I'm very confused about size. I wish my breasts wouldn't get so swollen and then I wouldn't be confused!

You have a good amount of breast tissue.. Which means you will not need that many cc's since you don't want big boobs... I am the same as you, I don't want big boobs I just want nice full and perky ones.... I don't have much breast tissue though, all lose saggy skin is all I have got... Good luck! I signed a form with my PS last week at my pre-op with the exact size implants. 225cc mod +.. Thinking about going back to 250cc's, but so confused. Here are some better before pics. 13 days and counting...

If you look at my pics I started off with a 34D I'm now 34DD he removed 100 grams and put 250Cc with a reduction lift plus implant procedure keep in mind my doc used mod plus profile but in front of the muscle so if you go behind you lose 10% size I'm currently 34DD

You look great! You PS did an awesome job. I can only hope and pray for a result as good as yours!!! I think you and I are similar in that we have naturally had big breasts and are petite. Thanks for sharing. ;)

Hope it helps you I just know when I went with mine I was totally confused too and what I had done seeks so complicated even though now it all makes sense :)
How exciting that you have the opportunity to get your girls back where they used to be! You have plenty of tissue so a smaller implant will be perfect on you. Feel free to join a forum of members also awaiting their February 2015 breast lift surgery. Keep us posted over the next few weeks!
